for Knicks game on the Jan. 29th...I have never been up there, the section in the middle, i was thinking of buying some that i came across...is it really high up there, like nosebleeds and worth 40 bucks a piece? anyone know what face value is?
any experiences up there? or am i better off trying to get some outside of staples b4 the game? I'm from out of town and am new at this Staples Center thing.
thanks in advance. |

Tickets anywhere in Staples are pretty good. Of course others will disagree, but I have tix in Row 12 in another 300s section, and although it's high, it's still close enough to enjoy the game. usually for knicks games there's usually a good split of Lakers and Knicks fans so the crowd gets rowdier than other games at Staples, which is a good thing.
A view from the section:

Tix in that section are $37 / ticket face value. Of course, after Ticketmaster charges, etc they can become about $45-50 a ticket. If you're getting them for $40, I'd say that's a fair deal. |

There are no bad seats in the house. If there are, fans wouldn't bother going to the games and just watch it on TV. _________________

There aren't many bad seats at Staples as far as I'm concerned and I've sat in a lot of places. _________________ "You Must Be Willing To Give Up That Which Can Be Lost In Order To Gain That Which Cannot Be Lost." - FORTUNE COOKIE |

I used to have season tickets in Section 318, Row 12 which is directly facing 301 on the opposite side of the court. Row 12 is the last row in that section.
Even so, they're still pretty good seats for the price. _________________ "Suck it up. Don't be a baby. Do your job." - Kobe Bryant |

301 wasn't a bad section, pretty good view. I sat there in row 13 during the suns game on thursday. The only negative was the girl suns fan cheering for nash and screaming every 5 minutes. |

I have tickets in 318 which is across from 301. The tickets face value is $38.00. If you buy them from Ticketmaster or Lakers Ticket exchange they add 10% so I think that is a fair price at $40.00.
The Ticket Exchange for Season Ticket holders won't let you sell them at below face-value and then they add the 10 % to that for the buyer. |

332 should have 15 rows. Basically, the upper level has anywhere from 8 rows to 15 rows. Depending on the section that you're in. Just look at the layout of the seating chart to make sure.
There are some sections in the upper level where the FIRST ROW starts at Row 6. It's just the way it was built. _________________
