My vote goes to Carter in a charity game a few years ago, someone on this board posted it. It was when he was still in Toronto and on a break Baron Davis threw it from the right wing off the backboard only to have Vince take it off the backboard and windmill it home, it was unbelievable. |

Best dunks I saw were from Mike Dickerson in HS. I was a senior and he was a junior. The guy leapt over our 5'10 PG who was standing at the top of the dotted circle trying to take a charge. Different game later that year he was on the block during a FT attempt. He spun around the guy trying to block him out on the miss caught it in the air and threw down the nastiest tip jam I've ever seen.
Later that year at the state tourney my team was standing in the tunnel watching the game that was playing before ours. Dickerson caught a alley oop and served up a nut sandwich to Scott Pollard who was playing on the favored team to win the tourney. Federal Way (Dickersons school) beat them in OT. |
