Id say the Spurs just because they are probably the closest thing that you could call a "TEAM".

Watching Williams and Walker try to mesh will be most interesting. If they can pull it off, more power to 'em. Shaq's weight gain, is it just board resentment or the truth, should create problems. Also, hard for him to run with this group regardless.

I don't think these starting lineups are right.

Cavs will likely sign Damon Jones and start him at the 1 with Hughes and James at the 2 and 3. Marshall might start over Gooden.

Miami will probably go with Posey at the 3 and Walker off the bench.

San Antonio will bring Finley off the bench and start Bowen.

Phoenix will start Bell at the 2 and probably have Thomas at center.

Denver will not start Martin at the 3.

I wasn't sure who would start so I just threw some names out there.
Also this is not including who they are going to sign or might sign its just who they have now.

Spurs, hands down...

Forget about N. Moh...

Parker, Manu, Finley and TD are an AllStar calber lineup alone...

Put Samaki Walker on that squad and they'd still win 55...

I can't see anybody beating them str8 up...they have a GREAT chance to be the next 3-peat champions...

But hey! We still have PLAN 007!!!!!

as suprising as this may be you guys didn't include sacramento. oh im sorry, *suckramento* or the *queens*

they have a lineup of

brad miller
peja
mike bibby
bonzi
shareef rahim

3 all-stars, 1 potential all-star for next year in mike bibby and bonzi wells ( a guy that hasn't been an all-star, but still a solid and talented player).

I was thinking about adding them but I didn't think they would get too many votes because of their competition. I also had doubts about putting in Houston, Denver, and even our Lakers.

Spurs over Pistons only because I feel that Flip is not going to be able to handle Rasheed.

I think if the Lakers could somehow get a backup center like Lorenzen Wright caliber, i think we would be set...we dont really NEED another guard b/c Kobe and Odom can handle bringin up the rock...Our SF's could get a lot of minutes at the backup guard position...JUMAINE, LUKE , DG if he is still on this team...so our number 1 priority has to be getting a BIG off the bench...

I think we have a great 2, 3, 4...but our PG and C are a little weak relative to the rest of those starting 5's
