Got my iPhone 1.0 on day 2 that it was being sold. I didn't want it, I just went to the Apple store to check it out.

I bought it right there and then and haven't been disappointed since.

have a 3g.
I want more from it but it's still the best phone for me (have already tried win-mo phones, and don't like nokia or google's offerings)

Got a 3G. Have a few complaints but it's still the best cell phone I've owned. Now if only AT&T's international data plans weren't pure highway robbery...

I wouldn't wait until Spring to buy a new iPhone. Get it now. The ROI is worth it, as you'll find yourself more productive from the get go.

Anyone waiting on a rumored product really doesn't need the current product.

Some rumors out there as to what would be coming out in a next version, but my guess is if you see changes to the hardware they will be relatively minor. Any big changes will come to the firmware and you will have access to them regardless if you buy now or in the future.

I am satisfied with my 3G. It would be better, if it had another camera in the front for video calls, but it's not so neccesary for me.

Stay tuned...some apps coming out early next year for video calls, etc., but yes, the camera location is an issue...

Eh. I have a 3g and in retrospect I shouldn't have gotten it. I never utilize its features, and I never got the texting down which is frusterating because I text a lot.

You can actually record videos with certain apps, that I wont talk about here.

I'm sorry but the only page worth looking at in that thread is the first 1/2 of the first one.

Do you guys have your iPhones jailbroken?
