I gotta say I'm a bit worried what would happen if the Lakers don't win.

So....come on Lakers let's do this.

And that if Cleveland wins it this year, Lebron will become the best player in the league.

Gotta disagree with him, Cavs aren't built to last right now.

Lakers are going to continue to improve if Buss can afford to keep this team.

Phil Jackson post game:

-(Q: Any thoughts on all of the fouls in the 1st half?) A: That's the way they like to play ball, they're going to take it as far as they can take it at you and create a situation like that. We know that, we just weren't prepared for the energy they came in this ballgame with. This is their 4th game in 5 nights and it tells you something about who they are.

-(Q: Did you change anything over the course of the game?) A: Most of it was just looking at match-ups and who played whom, individuals abilities against other people, our transition defense and how we were. I was real curious because last year we did not have Drew, how Drew was going to fit in this type of situation with a team that runs this type of transition and energy. It was difficult for him but I think he'll be much more prepared for it in the playoffs.

The game's up again on ch61 PTLAKERS.

I don't really mind watching the game again if it wasn't too long because of the whistle-loving refs.

For anyone that saw the game, did Bynum win the tipoff this game?

All the Jazz fans are loving how DWill has some balls and hit Andrew but i've seen that game 4 times now and the exact point in which the game turned in our favor was right after that foul.

Andrew didn't even care and pumped his fist at the thought of the Lakers getting the ball back. It woke Kobe up after him being in cruse control and it woke up the Lakers in general and unleashed the full arsenal on the poor Jazz.

Kobe plays better mad and Dwill doesn't have the team for him to try and pump them up with a hard foul on a experience team like the Lakers.

Dwill after that foul also started to go more 1 on 1 and took his team out of it IMO. Laugh all you want but watching the game is clear that was the turning point. Just like how Kobe can shoot the Lakers out of it at the end of games at times by not including his teammates.

Kobe came in to defend Andrew and they both started jawing at each other and you could see they were both upset. Kobe took it up a notch after that. His activity level was clearly much higher and he was more aggressive which lead to the Lakers blowing the game open.

DWill also became more aggressive and looking for his and it seems that he took his teammates out of it. He even turned it over a few times trying to do to much.

D-Will put a forearm check into Bynum on a "screen" in the high post on offense.

Kobe took exception and had words with Williams. Double T was called.

Last years Utah opener....

Gasol, Odom, Radmanovic and Turiaf were all seriously outplayed in the paint even though the Lakers won....

We had thier asses kicked but we let them back in the 3rd if you all remember!

The Jazz got second and third attempts last year because we did not have Bynum, and Boozer was playing much better last year as well...

I do not see that as one of our problems this year...
