Game, With Kobe's Shots, Without Kobe's Shots
Charlotte - 42%, 49%
Minnesota - 54%, 53%
Utah - 43%, 51%
San Antonio - 35%, 40%
Laker's are actually shooting better as a team than Kobe in the last 4 games. No excuse for Kobe not to pass the ball.
This is not a Bash Kobe thread, I love the guy, I think if he just shared the ball a bit more and shoot more open shots Lakers would be better off. No way we trade him, but I hope he does not turn into Allen Iverson. |

The poll question doesn't match the thread title. I say Kobe has support on offense, but I have no idea of more or less shots by Kobe would have won the other two games. Responding to the title, I think this team is beginning to show that it has other options on offense. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023. |

But it creates rebounding opportunities for everyone else. |

^^problem. until kobe knows he has consistent go to guys that he can count on. then he will start passing it off. until then. dont expect it.
take a look at all the nba and who they have, and what has changed since last year.
there's something similar about almost all of these. the winners are usually winning because they have the same coach, or same players, or just acquired very good players. No one is winning with 1 good player, and a bunch of potential . except for lets say Milwaukee. but how long have they been together minus bogut, and Ford coming back? how long has the coach been there? since last year.
