The Heat look good, but then, it is preseason and they're playing the Pistons. Looks like Lebron and Wade are going to be sharing PG duties.

This is working for Miami now but Wade is off the court. When Wade was in, it was more jumbled. Without Wade, the Heat just look like the Cavs.

Also, it's really been nothing but perimeter. Not getting it inside except for a really nice feed to Bosh from James.

Well, there have been a few drives by James to the basket. But you are right that they look like the Cavs out there without Wade.

Wow, Lebron fouls the 3 point shooter and no call.

But that was a nice move by him on the dunk. Looks like the pick and roll with Lebron and the big man is going to be their bread and butter.

Lebron is a beast. Have to admit that. Freight train would best describe him.

After 1 quarter, the Miami Cavaliers lead the Detroit Pistons.

Lebron is Lebron (don't crucify me for saying he's definitely the best *athlete* in the league) but Miami's going to have serious rebounding problems against a lot of teams. It's crazy that with all the controversy, Bron still has the same quality frontline he's had all career.

Miami showing their defense is going to be active and quick. 5 steals for them, but they're playing a team with no size.

Why are they comparing Lebron to Robertson? There's no way he's going to average a triple double on this team.

Bosh is just another guy out there. IMO, they treat him like Haslem. Even with Wade out.

It looks like the Cavs, with everything running through James when Wade got hurt. James looks good, I really like his vision. That no look to Bosh was a thing of beauty.

Still only 24 points for the quarter. Both teams were somewhat shell shocked at the start due to the big night.
