And their payrole skyrockets even more. WTF are they smoking over there? That's 125,000,000 dollars owed. Incredible. Jalen is good, but not that good. They need to do a case study on Knicks management/ownership. _________________ The great Laker Center Tradition continues.....Mikan, Wilt, Kareem, Shaq, Gasol, AD....Gasol. |

Apparently from what I hear here in Toronto the deal has the Raptors sending Jalen and a 1st pick (Denver's pick) for Antonio Davis. The benefit to the Maple Raps is that Antonio's contract expires at the end of the year and they'll have about $10M-$12M in cap space to play with in the off season.
Look for the Raptors to sign Mike James as he and Bosh have bonded. |

Davis knows the turf in Toronto. He didn't like N.Y. Rose is another in a long line of over-the-hill players gone to N.Y. to end their career. _________________ "Darkness cannot drive out darkness. Wasn't Isiah the reason Rose was traded to Chicago back in the Indiana days? What is he thinking?
That was a good trade too, for Miller and Artest. |

He was a better player than he is an executive making player personnel decisions. It does sound like Larry Brown is in favor of the move. _________________ "Darkness cannot drive out darkness. Only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate. Only love can do that." ~~Martin Luther King Jr.~~ |
