Its on the March 21st edition.
Page 34. "Compatability test" |
Ah that explains it. Had the March 7 one, thought that was the newest one. My bad. |

Superboy,
You really have no room to talk, seeing as you are a dirty welch. But then again, obviously your lack of scruples and borderline dementia prevent you from recognizing this fact. So... carry on. |

Did Perkins happen to mention Drew in this article? And how the Celtics never could beat the Lakers when the Lakers had their full lineup? |

once again proves my point. you cant call a guy soft when he's busting your ..... so the only recourse you have is to do something thats illegal which is HACK the guy and pray for no calls. _________________ LAL4K3RS wrote: He(Kobe) is the white haired kung fu master that you realize is older than dirt but can still kick your arse when in a sitting position drinking a nice herbal tea. |

If I were Pau I'd send Perkins a check that covered his dry cleaning bill for when he had to get all that purple and gold confetti out of his suit jacket. _________________ 14-5-3-12 |

Also, I think he's just saying what most NBA players think of Pau. | most nba players dont believe gasol is actually SOFT. they think he doesn't like excess physical play(hacking with no calls). ask yourself who does? as big as bron is, let the refs not give him his Ft's when he goes into running back mode and watch him whine like a newborn baby, same for wade, same for the celtics entire team.
a soft guy is KG. just because he yells. doesn't make him tough. the guy is 7 feet and refuses to go downlow in the low post EVER. bosh is soft. the guy is 6'11 and refuses to go downlow in the low post. you know why these guys wont go down there? because they dont want to have to bang. not get hacked, just regular bigman banging. gasol is just as thin as those guys. and he still puts his skinny but down there. so who's really soft?? _________________ LAL4K3RS wrote: He(Kobe) is the white haired kung fu master that you realize is older than dirt but can still kick your arse when in a sitting position drinking a nice herbal tea. |

But you know what P&P Perk knows he can do that to Pau and he won't retaliate in any fashion. This is something I wish Gasol would stop putting up with. If he would just get a "little Lambierish" and lay one of them phantom elbows that even the refs missed, with us watching Perk getting up off the floor with Gasol sporting that famous Lambier look of "what did I do?"
OOOOOOOhhhhhhh would I be proud of him!!!! I ain't lyin! More fuel for LA's fire. Doesn't bother me one bit. Only thing this does is make Pau play harder vs OKC. Win-win. |

remember the way we punked utah on their own court and denver a few years ago in the playoffs. they cried like little children. shoot when we punked the c's in one of those games everyone from the mayor , to the owner to Doc rivers and players were crying about calls. i'm like really. and they got them the next game after crying.
the lakers are the nice guys of the league. the classy organization that wins off of skill vs illegal tactics. it has always been this way. _________________ LAL4K3RS wrote: He(Kobe) is the white haired kung fu master that you realize is older than dirt but can still kick your arse when in a sitting position drinking a nice herbal tea. |

Certainly a white guy from Barcelona who listens to classical music, went to medical school, counts Placido Domingo among his friends, must be soft. |
What city was that? KP grew up in Beaumont, TX. I grew up very close to there and my mom and some siblings still live there. I'm pretty certain it's more than 1% black. How many times have our own fans called Pau soft? But now that KP says it, it's because Pau's a white Euro? Pau IS soft. That being said, Pau is way better than KP so if he did say that, it probably wasn't too smart. |

Hey,
If I say Pau is soft, I'm right. If someone like Kendrick Perkins says it, makes him a d-bag.
Why?

Kendrick Perkins is one of the dirtiest players in the NBA. Ever notice how he hooks players when he sets a pick? I'm glad he said what he said, only gives the Lakers more incentive. His basketball IQ multiplied by his own IQ equals pie......a la mode. |

Perkins is stupid. He is just motivating his opponent.
Ever notice that it is usually the losers who pull this crap??
Losers or Artest!!
He got the golden ticket.
But really, you will NEVER hear Kobe denigrate his opposition, especially with the playoffs around the corner.
Perkins is just plain dumb and oafish. If I was one of his new team mates, I would pull him aside and tell him to put a sock in it. _________________ Never argue with stupid people! They will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience!! - Twain |
