Time and time again, Mitch has said 'well I would have traded for this guy, but the folks at LG said no, so I didn't'. |

Think about it this way. Say you give a long term and expensive contract for someone like, I don't know, Carlos Boozer. Boozer gets injured, the Jazz are stuck below .500, and with the huge strain on their cap, they don't have much flexibility to improve besides chemistry and minor trades. |
