If we ever need someone to get us 6.1 pts and 6.0 rebs, kwame is our man!
Kwame's season:
3 double doubles all year
Gets feelings hurt when the fans boo
Scoreless games this month = 2 out of 8 (similar to his freethrow %)
Season high in pts, 18...rebounds, 13...blocks, 2
My question is...how does a guy who doesn't shoot jumpers. Pretty much only gets layups and dunks, have a FG % (47%) be less than his FT % (53%)? _________________ Lakers in '08.

Atleast he has a good game every once in awhile. That's better than Luke and Sasha who are completely worthless every game. |

How is giving a bum money the bum's fault? I aswell think it is too much to give him but that was cupcakes decision. I can't blame Kwame for being over paid. |

Stupid Kwame. When his agent told him he fleeced Mitch for 7.5 million a year to start, Kwame should have been honest and told his agent he won't play for anything over 2 million because that's all he's worth. |

Maybe we don't boo the entire team enough.

Yeah, but did you see the post defense he played on Zaza Pachulia last night?!?!
I mean, Zaza only scored 12 points. His season average is 11.4.
Wait a minute...
Smething's not right. |

What depresses me is that Kwame gets sad and scared when he gets booed. I want to see him get fighting mad and play with a chip on his shoulder. The boos should only make him want to get better and instead they make him crawl into his shell. Prime time players just don't do that. When was the last time you saw a top notch player in any sport get scared when the home team boos? It should be a motivating force to get better and it just doesn't seem to be in Kwame's psyche. I know about his upbringing, but at some point he can't be coddled anymore and needs to learn to stand up on his own. |

I'd rather have Kwame for 3 years than Caron for 1 year...If it was Caron or Kwame for 1 year, of course I'd choose Caron, but thats not the case. Plus Kwame brings much needed inside prescence and defense to this team. |

I'd rather have Caron on the team and be able to choose from one of the following options:
1) Trading him and his ending K at the deadline (likely for a better player than Kwame);
2) Trading him, his expiring K, and Lamar, in a blockbuster deal; or,
3) Trade Lamar and see if there were any way we could re-sign Butler. |

Yes, let's boo him; nevermind the overall progress Kwame has had. The organization decided to gamble on a project, and they will stick with it.
Booing will only turn this situation into Washington; but I guess that's what you Caron fans want in the end, to gloat in the prospect of a failed trade, and to find another reason to blame the GM. Damn impatient wankers. _________________ "In essence, the trade was: Shaq, Rick Fox and Gary Payton for Odom, Kwame, Mihm, Profit, 2nd round picks, a 1st round pick and 30 million in luxury tax saviings." - LakerJam

Should we send a memo around to the other teams requesting that they not allow anyone to boo Kwame either? Would that make him feel better? |

Rember the game you used to play when you were little and you would say "Hey, think fast?" ... well Kwame was never good at that.
Remember the game, "hot potato?" ... well Kwame was never good at that either. |
