I think they real reason why we lost was in the third quarter with Avery's rotations. It sucked big time with Gasol, Ray Allen, and Tony Parker. When the lead got down to 10 he should of put back some of the real players. |
That is the reason why we lost. Ray Allen ball hogging, Pau was not 100 percent and is soft, Tony was trying to make it into some AND 1 show, Elton got a offensive rebound but decided to not use the 24 seconds and take a horrible shot, and Avery used the rotation horribly. |

2 things to say. kobe's play to tie the game was incredible. between the legs splitting defenders turn around fadeaway. that had all star flare and it went in. next, tmac got fouled on his last shot but the refs didnt call anything, then lebron fouled kobe as he had the ball too. lebron fouled 2 ppl in the last 10 seconds and the refs didnt call anything. they did call the touch foul that kobe had on AI like 2 mins earlier though. refs are so inconsistent. _________________ SMUSH FOR MVP |

There is something inherently wrong about a ferocious bash on T-Mac first thing in the morning, especially for an All-Star game which means nothing.
We certainly don't want that guy on our team right? |

It was T-Macs town it they were doing everything they could make sure he would win the MVP. Doesn't matter although we all know if Kobe had the ball it would have gone to overtime. |

Nobody would complain if he were on the team, just as nobody is complaining that he had 36 points last night. However, people would complain if the last play of the game were drawn up for him, just as people are complaining that the last play of the game was drawn up for him last night. There is a difference. |

The Piston’s 4/Billups: I was bored as hell when they played together in the 2nd quarter… but I think their defensive run in the 3rd was what turned the game into a 2 pt. game for the East vs. a blowout victory for the west. Sure, it wasn’t flashy at all; with them practically playing their brand of b-ball; but it was effective…. which is why I’d rather them not make the all-star team – maybe Billups deserves to be there; with his big 3’s, but not all of ‘em. Playing ‘em all at the same time took the luster out of the game; there was a serious dearth of dunks w/ those guys in the game. Which is fine for the Detroit Pistons; but this is the All-Star game – where winning/losing doesn’t really matter; it’s really just highlight-production machine. Show > game in the All-Star game. This is the game where Shaq’s antics are actually funny – when there’s nothing really at stake. |
Like the finger roll free throw followed by the dunk that he took?
That was really entertaining by the way |

It would have been alot more fun if it wasn't so obvious. I think he was trying to hard. |

Avery said he wanted to give everyone 15 minutes, at least.
Ray shouldn't have been in the all-star game in the first place.. that's another debate. |
