I pick Lakers lakers by 6 points. 97 to 91. Kobe will go for 33 points. Cook and George will have big games off the bench. Lakers need to keep the turnovers down, make the open shots and we should have no trouble beating the Queens.

Lakers 107, Kings 102. Keys to the game: huge game from Kobe, decent bench production, keep ball out of Odom's hands if the game is close with less than a minute remaining, close out on Bibby well.

Kings 105
LA 94

Thomas goes for 20 and 10 as Phil has Luke guarding him.

I'm eager to see what Artest can do with Kobe on defense. If we play defense and good team offense, we can win the game.

I think Lamar will be in "facilitating" mode tonight because he will be afraid to make another mistake like last time we played Sacto. He will console himself with rebounds, as will Kwame, George and Mihm. We will try to win with Cook scoring and Smush and Sasha making up the slack because they will play hack a Kobe.

This is what much of the rest of the season will look like. Reliable outside shooting? Oh yea, we don't have any.
