Filipino - Adobo(I prefer chicken) and Pansit(noodles)
Japanese - Unagi(eel w/ginger)
Indian - Roti with chutney powder(preferably garlic)
Mexican - Beef quesadilla with tomato sauce
Thai - Pad Thai with garlic crab/shrimp rice
Middle-Eastern - Chicken tarna
Italian - Vegetable lasagna
I have more but I can't think of them right now. What are yours? _________________ =======================

Pan fried pork chop, black eyed peas, mustard greens, yams. Don't get to try this often.
