As some of you know, I had a "Laker Wall" up at my office. I had to take it down last year as our department was getting ready to move...well, it's back and growing. Here's what I've got so far...including newspaper front pages from all 9 LA championships. (There are items from the Minn. team all the way to the present.)

Wow good work!

I see you laminated your newspaper covers. That's a good idea, I should do that to the ones I saved. I like the Lakers bottle insulator (whatever that thing is called)

Man, that looks good! hig, you should get duplicates of everything on that wall and advertise to Laker fans how you can create that same shrine wherever they like and, set up rates. You could make a kill'n!

Do you keep glancing around the office to make sure that none of the Sac folks are aiming anything at you?

Scary stuff in extremely hostile country! Wear a helmet man! Great job...

^^ Our GM (of course she is a rabid Kings fan) came in the other day and commented.."WHAT??? We can't allow that here!" She was kidding, she's actually pretty down to earth.

Many items are autographed...but I have a key to the room and lock it up every night when I leave!

Believe it or not, there are many Laker fans at my work..in fact, word is getting around and they are stopping by to check it out. All in all, most people are pretty cool about it.

Being a die hard Laker fan runs in my family...I take my mom to the game when I go down for my bday in April...we've already got our tickets for this year. Here we are a few years ago on the way to the game.

Thanks, everyone, for the comments.

Awwwww...thanks SHOES. You're sweet.

Hating the Kings is a quality that encompasses both genders. Even my 84 year old great aunt feels the same! I've got so much Laker gear in my closet..(shoes too).. I'm running out of room!

That was the game when Chick returned after his surgery. I also flew down for his jersey retirement and took my nephew. I had to pass on some Laker history to the young ones in the family!

The game this year on my birthday is against the Clippers...they better not ruin it.

Hig is a lady. A lady, a lady. Nothing like a die hard laker fan who is a woman.

The only flaw my wife has is she is a laker hater.

If any Kings fans complain, just say "If you don't like that, you don't like NBA basketball."

hig,

Great work. I envy you; my employer would raise an eyebrow about something like that.

I give you credit! Great work!

Keep us posted if you add new things!

That's AWESOME! I have something similar setup in my office at home, but I got lazy and have a bunch of newspaper clips sitting around (until I get the motivation to start putting them up)...lol.
