1) Cheer for Trojan Football

2) Pray that Buss gets smart and rehire West or fire Kupchak.

3) Go on this forum and criticize Kupchak.

4) Watch something else

I forget about the previous game and how bad this team really is. Then when they play again I convince myself that the Lakers are good and actually have a chance to win. And then the cycle continues.

DISGRACEFUL You better hurry up and catch the bandwagon because it's leaving and calling all bandwagoners.
whats wrong with watching the clippers? it's also our hometown and they are doing better than the Lakers right now. There's nothing wrong about it.

Yep, listening to some of the people complain on the various websites has become a real drag of a comedown!

It's like having to hear someone who settled for a fat girl complain about his marriage everytime you see him!!! Blechhhhh

Remember that Mad TV skit about lowered expectations????

Yeah - my wife won't have sex with me after a loss. She says I'm too rough. It creeps her out when I yell at her to play some damn defense, and stop standing around watching Kobe. I don't know what her problem is.

I just got busted at work for LMFAO!!

I've done the same at your posts. They kill me, man. If I didn't work from home, I'd probably have been fired by now.

seriously i punch the walls of my room...i hate when we lose to crappy teams because like 12 games back we were 4 games ahead of the .500 mark...we should be at like 8 games over but instead we've digressed to a .500 team again...

Win or lose. There's nothing we can control other than some occasional anti-jinx tricks . I'll just tell myself to enjoy the roller coaster ride and appreciate kobe's brilliance on the court while we still can.

Its not awefulness, its inconsistency. There are highs and lows.Jusr ride the roller-coaster for now. Kobe will get us back to the top in due time.

I watch the first quarter these days. If they are playing slow and lazy I TiVo it and do something else. Occasionally I'll check in at Sportsline but if the team isn't up by double digits in the last second of the fourth quarter I no longer trust that they can pull it out; that's how disillusioned I've become. I didn't even check the final score of the Celtic game until the next day because after watching the first quarter I knew we were going to lose and I was going to go to bed pi**ed off.

Damn you lakers, you're taking all my joy out of basketball season!

Tonight I'll watch for Turiaf. I'll try to ignore the rest of the mess.
