ok alright, i guess Turiaf isn't welcome on the center position where he played greatly against Boston. It was really just a suggestion to give us energy in the 3rd quarter.

This is assuming we kept fish and still dealt Payton. Spree would sign if Shaq was still here and assuming Jerry stayed and was able to make Shaq and Kobe co-exsist.

Old but better than what we have now. Plus we do have the young guys.

.. then the theory would have changed- there would be NO Lottery Pick...
(- bynum)

Lakers would have picked later in the round - perhaps still getting Turiaf as the #1 pick..., the butterfy effect---
Who knows about malone and payton

PG--Fish/Sasha
SG--Kobe/Rush
SF--George/Luke
PF--Cook/Slava/Turiaf
C--Shaq/Mihm

*** Wow didnt think I would mis Krush scoring...

Since we're throwing out random ideas, I wouldn't mind seeing Devin Green get a lot more time at the point. There's times when Sasha is mismatched with stronger opponents and Smush is struggling (which seems to be happening a lot lately) offensively.

Using Green at times such as this at the point wouldn't be so bad an option. They ran some variation of that last ngiht for a few minutes, and I kind of liked the matchups. Of course, it would depend on who the team is playing, but Green has decent enough handles to run the PG for a triangle team. He definitely knows where to be in the triangle, and provides much more energy than i see out of Smush these days.

Seriously, get over it. Of course that team was better. That team was winning 55-60 games and getting the NBA Finals. Leave that behind. Also, just a question: how the hell did you manage to get Bynum? We would never have had a 10th pick.

Turiaf is better off the bench will energy because simply, George will not be there everyday.

I think this should be the starting five.
Forget Smush, he doesn't play good throughout the game.

Mihm sure is good in offense but not as good in defense,
Kwame can do defense but can't do offense.
Ronny Turiaf does both from I've seen last night.

While Cook is good in offense because of being a terrific shooter, Cook just can't play defense. George can do both sides.

It just seems that the Lakers lack determination, I think Phil should punish other players by putting Smush on the bench.
And it proved some results, Smush played great in the 4th quarter.
I think Smush is only good as a bench player.

this lineup sucks
