You know why Manu is so perfect for the Spurs? He was born and bred to win.
We have a pile of players who are used to losing every year so what else it new? _________________ “YO JEANIE, WHATS UP MY BIIIAAACCCHH!” – COCA JAMES ON 1540AM THE TICKET LAKERS ROUNDTABLE - 03/02/06

Not just players who know how to win...but real basketball players. Real players who know how to actually play. No more of these streetball kids or high school players who dont know what their doing. I mean just look at the difference from players like Sasha and Turiaf compared to the rest of the other players on the team. Sasha and Turiaf have been well coached. Sasha may not be liked by many fans here but he knows his fundamentals. He knows his spots in the triangle. He knows when to shoot or pass. Same goes for Ronny. Ronny knows how to make a layup(thank god). He knows how to box out and how to dive for a rebound.
We need to stop getting players with pure potetional. Screw the Kwame Browns. Ill still hold out with Bynum but im pretty sure Frye would be contributing alot more right now.
Look at a team like the Bobcats. They may not be winning every night, but they sure do compete hard every single night. They have players who know how to play and compete. _________________ Pain is temporary, at the end of pain is success... |

You know it. I know it. At least 95% of the fans know it.
Unfortunately, our GM doesn't know it.
He wants "potential players". |
