Will Cook actually start? If so who will HE guard. I like what he brings offensively, but watching him guard Rasheed might bring recurring nightmares.

True, but Sheed plays a lot on the perimeter. Hopefully he won't be posting up Cook in the paint or the mid-post. That could get ugly. I think Phil would put Kwame on him if he's playing in the paint.

I like the way Lamar has been playing help defense lately though. He's going to have to help out a LOT in this game, while staying out of foul trouble.

Why wouldn't Tayshaun be guarding Odom or Cookie? Wouldn't Hamilton be guarding Kobe?

Lamar had 9/8/3 on 40% shooting with 8 turnovers last time we played detroit. We had the same mis matches then. Ofcourse now Odom is not facilitating anymore so who knows. I would hope he has a big game but I wouldn't hold my breath.

Well, it would be ideal if the Pistons did assign Rip to Brian I like that matchup all day. They won't.

Unfortunately Only Kobe can keep up with Rip. Tay will be all over Kobe which is why Cook is going to be huge in this game against Rip if they just take advantage of that mismatch.

OH, and come back to me after this game.(like I know you will) LO is going to be huge tonight... 8)

I hope so, and I think he is capable of doing it. That is why I list him as the most important key to winning the game tonight.
