1/ IMO, this is THE MOST important key for us to have a chance to win the game, and it is very possible to do. That is for Lamar to score 20 or more points.

- Our record with Lamar scoring 20 or more points this season is 5-4. In the 5 wins, we won comfortably except 1 game. In the 4 losses, we were right there till the end. This key is realistic and if the game is close in the final minute, we can pull out a victory.

2/ Kobe's defense on Billups.

- Billups is the engine of the Detroit's offense. If Kobe can keep Billups in check to say, 34% shooting for 11 points versus his average of 42% shooting for 19 pts, we can keep the game close.

3/ The 3rd quarter.

- Don't lose the 3rd quarter. We have won 76% of our games when we don't lose the 3rd quarters. That is a very, very high percentage for a .500 team.

I don't expect us to blow out the Pistons. Heck, most people expect us getting blown out. But I think that if we can do those 3 things (Lamar is very capable of scoring 20 pts, Kobe is very capable of playing shut-down defense) and keep the game close till the final minute, we can pull off an upset.

the key to winning is for detroit to not show up and be in ref-induced foul trouble.

I predict we score 83-89pts. So only way to win the game is hold the Pistons to fewer points, which is most likely not going to happen.

Rebound and play defense. Don't let Chauncy Chinups get everyone involved.

Our three keys are.......

1) Kobe being well enough to be the true Kobe......

2) Team "D"

3) Kobe to be in strike mode first and foremost, while still playing within the system.......

Go lakers...

Well, we have accomplished 2 things:

Odom score 20 plus points and we won the 3rd quarter. We have a chance to win this game, guys.

Let's go Lakers.

As an after-thought:

Lakers - rebs 44, TO's 11
Pistons - rebs 30, TO's 9

Hope we could keep up this type of play.
