But if u read the customers review everyone loved nba 2k5 and didnt like nba live 06 as too give it a 9. U usually have too read a couple reviews too get a good indication of a game. |
Thats IGN. IGN is horrible at reviews. HORRIBLE. Gamespot isnt perfect but they usually get the reviews way better.
If you want to check reviews use gamerankings.com it takes scores from every site and adds them together to give you an overall score.
Live 06 for 360 overall score = 65.6%
NBA 2k6 = 81.5%

Not if NBA2K6 sucks even harder, which is what he's asking.
I couldn't tell ya since I have only played Live for a few minutes on a 360 in Best Buy. I'd go ahead and rent 2K6 before you buy it. This should probably be in the OT forum or General NBA, though. |
i have 2k its fun for like 2 weeks after you get past the aww phase. your gonna realize it BORIN. its a dunk fest .i can get 30 a game with odom on like 80% shooting percentage. just by dunking everytime down. i gave up on basketball games this year. |

Haha, you play on the sliders I play on and I can guarantee you you wont get 30 a game with Odom and I can also tell you you will not get many dunks....also you'll get killed by the Spurs. |

Depends on the difficulty in 2k6.
Once you set it to the highest level it's tough enough competition to stay
pretty fun.
On the setting it starts on, I set the quarters to 12 minutes (they're usually
5 mins) and scored something like 272 points with Kobe.
I was playing vs. the Spurs and they had 33 points to end the game.
But I'm way past a veteran in that series, so I know my stuff
Either way, point is - you gotta tweak the difficulty level if you get the 2k
series.
If you've never played it's ok to learn on the lowest one, but inside of
5 or 10 games you'll need to raise it at least one level. |

^haha very true, everntually u can dominate the game easily after playing a couple dynasty seasons, or probably way less depending on many nba games u have played. But for n2k6 i plan on putting on some sliders right away, because if i start dominating i get lazy and keep whoopin the computer untill i get lazy and its no fun after that for me. |
