melo however does have the clutch factor lebron lacks, but if it was all clutch, robert horry would be the greatest player ever

Lebron may be a better player, but Melo has proved he's a winner and I'd much rather have winners than great players, because winning is all that matters in the end. Once Lebron proves he's a winner then its a different story.

Melo is better in the clutch and he plays defense & leads his team to playoffs.

Melo plays no defense IMO

Kobe>Wade>Lebron>>>>>>Melo

I think Wade and Lebron are about the same..Wade might be a little more clutch and play a little more defense than Lebron and Melo

No doubt lebron can stuff the stat sheet but melo can play defense something lebron cant do. Melo can close out games something lebron knows nothing about. If it was all about stats then Magic >>> MJ I think Melo is a better leader. Lebron has talent around him & he still struggling

Don't speak of it. At least not yet. Guy has to prove a lot, especially after summer 2004. He's getting better with everything, but at this point - IMO also in the future - LeBron will be the better player of the two. His defense is improving, you can see that clearly in the games and remember, guy's just turned 21.

As for the clutchness, Melo is clutch, but I have little to no doubt LeBron will have it too in the future. Remember it took Kobe and Mike some time to get into that. It will pick up with time.

LeBron is a better overall player, I bet he will average a triple-double someday.

But he has no killer instinct, and that can't be thaught.

There are few cold blood killers in the NBA and they include Kobe, Melo, Ray Ray, Horry, Billups. And those guys were born with it, theyll die with it. You cant become a clutch guy.
