^Lotto pick and G.Wallace.

Gets the Lakers in better cap position.

Another stud rookie. LaMarcus Aldridge. Rudy Gay. Darius Washington (if he declares) Sheldon Williams. Rajon Rondo. Tiago Splitter. Ronnie Brewer.

Wow. And to think I was willing to trade Horry back to Houston for that late 1st round draft pick, G.Wallace.
ok we get it, you're smart!!

I don't think I'd be patient enough. I just knew he was a stud athlete with rebounding, finishing, and some defensive ability.

His jumpshot? Ugly.

Do you think that's possible for us to get Wallace AND first round pick for Odom?
I don't know about that.

Considering they need a leader, and Wallace is inconsistent because he lacks guard skills, and how weak the draft is?

Yup. It's getting two quality role players in return.

Would the Bobcats give us Emeka and Gerald for Odom? Pipe probably but it would be tight if they did.

You did not know he had this kinda D ability. I wanted him as well. His athleticism was other worldly. But that was about it.

But man!!! He's come SOOO far as a defender.

^That's the point of having athletic players. 2-3 years... they can surprise you.

I know that's the point of athletic players. But come on!! He's now a SHOTBLOCKER!?!? Shotblockers usually have that already, that mentality.

Gerald didn't have that early on. He had the steals and the dunking. About it.

Another player from that Bobcat roster that I'd like to be in a Laker uni is Matt Carroll, not for his D, but he could be our resident sniper. The few times I've seen him play he seems to be money on his j so I don't get why he's only a career 36% shooter.
