Speaking of breaking down due to mileage...

Someone's intelligence appears to have broken down as well.

Ginobli will be out of the league in two years. Mark my words. This guy is an overrated basketball player. Thanks to Charles and his Ginnnnnnoooooobli proclamations a couple of years ago (when we still beat them on the Fisher .04) he get's this hype. Dude's body is breaking down BIG TIME. He never was a great player, but he was a player that played decent at a "frenetic blitzkrieg" pace. That has already taken it's toll. His footspeed (what foot speed?) is horrible and his COD ability is terrible. Very bad hips on him too. He has a ton of miles (from his Europe days?) on him. As for his "performance" last night...he should have gotten an Oscar. The 3 point phantom foul on Odom was a joke to say the least. I'm telling you, the Spurs are going to look to trade this guy THIS Summer or by the AS break next year hoping his hype isn't completely dwindled--and some fool GM will trade for him. Watch. (Better not be Mitch)

You must of missed Ginobli in the finals just dismantel the Pistons

I was laughing and cheering so loud I woke the old lady next door up!

lol yea i enjoyed the non call. and pop was biyatching as if he doesnt know about the flopping

Yup, I was hollering at Pop while they were as usual trying to hold him back!
The kill'n thing about it was that meanwhile Odom who knows Gino sells that (bleep) better than anybody in the league was anticipating a whistle as well as he hesitated before going in for the uncontested layup.

Pop was livid, and in his own house!

Get the (bleep) up off that floor Gino!!!

At least Fish didn't over sell it, acting as if a truck had hit him, and looking as if he would have to leave the game. Notice everytime that (bleep) doesn't work both Manu, and Vlade alike would fly up off that floor like there asses had booster rockets attatched to them in a protesting effort designed to get the crowd involved so as to embarrass the officials? That is what just eats me up! The little ho's never experienced any contact! They went down a fraction of a second early before any contact was even made! Sometimes on the replays you can very clearly see that when they time them dives to soon...

That is one of the few instances that I think a player ought to be T'd up!
This will send a clear message that grown men should stop bull (bleep), and maring up the damn game!

Magic Johnson invented that (bleep), and taught it to Vlade, who took it to another level. Manu added some modifications to it with the hair, along with acting lessons that he had to have paid for, and is now the reigning leader, and undisputed "king of fake pain!"

Referring more to the fact they landed at 3:30AM not PT the night before. Depending how long it took some to get home and to bed, likely they didn't get to sleep until 4:30, possibly later. Yes, LA played a good game last night regardless

Fair enough.

Either way, just from watching the game anyhow, I felt more like the
Spurs were playing tentative or uninspired ball more than tired ball.

Just my feeling on it anyhow, but yeah getting in that late doesn't help 'em
I'm sure

Disagree.

Fish is one of those players who "flopped" - but only to accentuate actual
contact when he was already there.

I could understand people saying he flops, but if you're gonna make an
"all-time" flopper list, there are too many players both today and over
history like Vlade who often do a full-out "ghost flop" - where there's
zero contact to begin with, and react to a movement or situation to where
people are right to point out it's a bit cheap.
