Wow, we could have win 34 tomorrow. We didn't get more than that last season.

What do you guys think the outcome of the game will be? Vote.

An active lamar and contributions from everyone should equal a win.

The Sonics go as Ray Allen goes and Kobe will NOT let him get off in Staples. Smush will also want to stick it to Bob Hill. We win big....

It depends which Lakers team shows up. The one that ran the triangle to perfection and shredded SA, or the one that made Portland look like world champs

Hill was his college coach who sabotaged his draft status...

The last time we played seattle the commentators were saying how bob hill was telling everyone that smush was not ready for the nba and stuff that he wasn't good enough and stuff. This sabataged his draft chances. Some people even had him going in the first round. Bob hill said his attitude was bad and stuff. Then smush dunked nasty on potapenko that game, it was one of his best games of the season.

Ok a few things worry me here, first the time of the game, its pretty early and I dont think our guys have a good track record with earlier games. Obvious over confindent factor, this team has shown in the past that they can become over confident and play to the level of their opponent. I really hope they can stay focused and attack from the get go.

Wow, a lot of confidence in this thread.

Wierd to see. That's what beating SA and Det in a span of a week will do to ya

It's an early game. I don't know if the Lakers will win easily. Could be a struggle. Lakers haven't played this early all season.

That being said, the Seattle SuperSonics have no real defense. If the Lakers just execute their offense - they should win the game.

Interesting note - the Lakers are now ahead of last year's pace for the first time at 33-30. All season we have been behind last year's pace. This 33rd win came about 7 games earlier. Good to see. With the much easier schedule this time around and the team's confidence/health much higher I think we should win 12 more games.

The lakers have shown that they have the talent and will to beat the best teams in the league but they really haven't shown that they have the focus yet to go out and put it to the teams they're expected to beat,

there will be expectations on this team to win today, can they handle this type of pressure? i say they pull it out but it will be close

i hope i'm wrong, i hope they blowout the sonics.

For some reason I kept thinking we won 38 games last year, but you're right.
That's why I never responded to all the critics who kept saying we're no better than we were last season.

It's obvious we're going to have to close the season strong just to even make the playoffs. We could be looking at a double-digit improvement over last season win total which is pretty significant.

a win today will equal our total of 05... but this was the point the lakers went down the toilet.... grant injured....again, caron no defense, coaching changes, and chucky calling Kobe our GM!!!! 05 needs to be forgotten like 94 because i seriously doubt Phil will let these guys go on a 10 game slide.... the playoffs are threre we just need to take advantage of it
