were is this larry brown , greatness at? With all that talent, u would think a coach like him, would be able too utilize it and at least make the playoffs. I know the talent doesnt mesh well, but when u got those players and your supposedly"the greatest coach" , the playoffs should be easy, in the east especially.. |

Yeah, the talent definitely doesn't mesh well and is way overpriced, but jeez, there IS talent there. They've way underperformed.
Hard to tell who to blame exactly (probably lots of people), but I have to start looking at Brown specifically since he can't seem to even communicate with any of his players. |

It's Brown, obviously; the moron loves to antagonise people, and that never helps your team chemistry. _________________ "In essence, the trade was: Shaq, Rick Fox and Gary Payton for Odom, Kwame, Mihm, Profit, 2nd round picks, a 1st round pick and 30 million in luxury tax saviings." - LakerJam

I agree Nate seems to have some attitude to him, but this team needs some stability more than anything else, and Brown needs to provide that. This is just another symptom of the overall insanity over there this year.
Sheesh, they're getting pounded 85 - 61 by the Wizards right now... |

one thing you dont get from larry brown is stability. he leaves teams after a couple years anyway...and his time there is always tumultuous. _________________ 14-5-3-12 |

Da ocho, it sounds like Brown hates every Knick player so is this why they gaved him the huge contract?
i wonder if Larry will decide to bounce to another team soon i don't think he can watch his rep get (bleep) cause the Knicks are not gonna get any better next year. |

larry has had talent wherever he went. he didn't always have a great team, but he always had a decent team. right now he has no talent, and his ego is so huge he's blaming the players instead of himself. it couldn't possibly be larry brown's fault!!
he got the big contract for a number of reasons. one of them was thomas needed a big name coach so that he wouldn't be lynched in new york. another was because thomas, like brown, and like the fans in new york just assumed if he put a bunch of toxic contract holding scorers on the team, the great larry brown could make them great. He should of..Nate aint great at anything.
As for Larry Brown...sure some of the pieces dont quite fit, but c'mon with that talent, he should atleast be in the running for the 8th spot. You dont even need a winning record. Just pathetic when I watch a Knicks game. None of the guys look like they know what their doing especially on the defensive end. Thats the coach's fault. _________________ Pain is temporary, at the end of pain is success... |

Last night's game was just brutal and so were the comments afterwards. It's just funny to me that everyone wrings their hands and pretends like they just don't know why they suck.
Larry again blames the players, saying he's never been in a situation like this and he has to beg the players to play. Maybe that's because you've alienated every single guy in the locker room with your big ego Larry! |

Isiah sucks as a GM, they players' attitude suck and to be fair...LB has sucked as well complaining all the time on he media. Be a man and bench Marbury for good and get some free agent guard that can at least run a play. |
