Finally!... Three things went right for the Lakers tonight: First, they won the battle of the turnovers. Second, they methodically worked the ball into the post. Third and probably most importantly, they played the Pistons.

The bigmen set the tone early with double figures each for Pau Gasol and Dwight Howard in the first quarter. By halftime, the Lakers had four players in double digits off of 62% shooting as a team. When you combine that with about one-third fewer turnovers, the Lakers had a 28-point lead after the first two quarters.

"Tonight, we came out and hit first and we got a win," Dwight said of the 108-79 blowout.

The Lakers dominated the paint. They established the post out of their Princeton sets and worked the body of the Pistons. Eventually, they started dropping threes on them, as well, making 10-22.

In the pro versions of the Princeton, one thing you often see a team use it for is to simply get the ball in position to iso with good spacing and the defense occupied. Getting single coverage for your impact players can make a world of difference. It doesn't take a lot of passing or looking for backdoors, just movement to get the ball into prime spots quickly, then settle in and let your impact baller go to work.

This is simplified Princeton, very similar to a simplified triangle offense in that you aren't asking the world of your players. With the basics of the triangle, you get defensive penetration with passes to the post. Or, you can get dribble penetration off the weakside two-man games. Those are simple fundamental sequences that your players can work off of and you build from there. Look at the old Nets/Jason Kidd Princeton sets and you see a lot of it being used to set up simple offense.

Hopefully, the Lakers are making progress. They didn't look like they had in the last couple of games. And, again, this is just the Pistons.

The blowout win couldn't come without more Mike Brown controversy. Up by 20+ points in the fourth after a short Piston rally, he yanked his bench and brought back in the starters.

"Sometime Mike gets a little nervous," Pau said afterward.

Thankfully, no one got hurt. Right now most fans believe there are two main obstacles in the Lakers path preventing them from a deep playoff run this year -- their health and Mike Brown. Those may not be mutually exclusive.

Kobe on the win: "It's a relief more for Mike than anybody else."

Kobe -- -- Kobe refused to come out of the game after picking up his fourth foul in the third quarter. To some extent, you wonder how much he prefers having Brown as a coach simply because he can get what he wants. Kobe pushed for the Princeton this offseason. He should have done it a year ago when we didn't have a point guard, but he started taking a more hands-on approach as the season went along. So he has a very involved role in making this work with Brown. Of course, he can't make the substitutions for the coach...or so we thought. Speaking of which, Brown put Kobe back in the game early in the fourth with a 20+ point lead. So much for taking the opportunity to rest that ailing foot. In the game, Kobe orchestrated the offense with some excellent passing. He reeled back in his attack and let the Princeton execute more for our bigs. He generally played a well-balanced, triple-double type of pace. Less scoring, more dishing and hitting the boards hard. “It feels good," he said of the win. "We did what we were supposed to do. I think our rhythm was a little bit better.” The Stats: He scored 15 points on 5-10 shooting (3-5 from three, 2-2 from the line) to go with 7 boards, 8 assists, 1 steal, 1 turnover and 4 fouls in 32 minutes. He was a +38. The Action: He probed in transition, hesitated, attacked and scored a layup. He hit Pau on the high-low for a layup. He backed his man down and missed a 12-footer in the paint. He attacked the paint and lobbed to Dwight for a score. He drained a wing three with the shotclock winding down. He lost the dribble on an attack but found Morris for the corner three. He faced up and sank a sideline three with the shotclock low. He had 8 points on 3-4 shooting and 5 assists orchestrating the offense in the first quarter. He missed an open three straight away, trailing the action. He hit Blake for a three. He missed a short bank in transition. Sensational finish, flipping a layup in over his head while using his body to shield a help defender, so smooth. Confidence-booster pass from Kobe to Metta at the end of the half for a three. He had 10 points on 4-7 shooting and 8 assists. Second Half: Dwight robbed him of an assist missing an uncontested dunk. He passed up an open corner jumper, attacked and missed a reverse, but the dribble penetration led to a Pau layup. He drained a long wing three with the shotclock low. He picked up his fourth foul with 6:46 left in the third and refused to come out. He had 3 points in the quarter. He missed a long three. He drew FTs off the dribble, he made both.

Howard -- -- The Lakers established Pau, then Dwight right out of the gates. In our previous games, part of our flaw was not getting penetration via the pass (to our post players) or by the dribble. They dominated in the paint tonight. Less side-to-side ball movement (which Mike Brown has emphasized) and more north-south. Hopefully, we see more of this, and, hopefully, the Lakers also realize the importance of dribble penetration when you've got Dwight Howard on the floor. Whether it's Kobe driving or Pau on the move, dribble penetration led to easy putback dunks tonight for Dwight. The Lakers have seemed so focused on running their sets and making the next easy pass that this has lost focus amid our emphasis on more complex elements of the Princeton when our timing isn't yet there for those. Dwight highlighted the Lakers controlling their turnovers as the key tonight (had led the team with 4 turnovers). Yep. Got to keep that much cleaner. Defensively, Dwight had 3 blocks and 2 steals, but wasn't satisfied with the D. "I'm still a step and a half slow right now," he said, "but I'm going to continue to work at it and it's going to get better every game." The Stats: He scored 28 points on 12-14 shooting (4-9 from the line) to go with 7 boards (4 offensive), 2 steals, 3 blocks, 4 turnovers and 1 foul in 33 minutes. He was a +29. The Action: He turned into a defender and coughed up the ball. Low position on an inbounds pass and he was wrapped up for FTs, he made one. He fought for an offensive board and scored the putback. He backed his man down off a ball reverse and drew FTs, he made both. He swatted guard penetration off the guard and out of bounds. He beasted his way to the front of the rim and powered in a layup. He spun baseline and reversed easily. He scored off a dribble lob from Kobe in the paint. He had 11 points on 4-4 shooting. He sealed the fronting defender, the ball swung and he drew FTs on the corner entry pass, he made one. He was called for a travel on a face-up move. He missed a putback attempt, Hill took the next board from him and drew FTs. He dunked off the post entry when his man went for the suicide steal. He slammed off the lob from Morris in transition. He drew FTs getting held on an inbounds pass, he missed both. He swiped the ball right from his man's hands. He cleaned up a missed jumphook by Pau against the zone. He tipped a bad pass to the rim and followed it to finish off the lucky score. he had 20 points on 8-9 shooting (4-8 from the line) and 6 boards. Second Half: He blocked Monroe to get a shotclock violation. He missed an uncontested dunk off a great feed from Kobe (doesn't quite have his lift yet...that's probably the third or so of those he's missed). He scored a lefty jumphook off low position. He threw down the lob from Blake early in the offense, catching his man off guard. Pau set him for an And-1 off a lob, he missed the FT. He goatlended a shot out of bounds. He had 6 points in the third. He was called for a charge trying to attack baseline. He threw down after grabbing Pau's missed drive.

Gasol -- -- We went to him in the post to start the game on back-to-back sequences. (They ran the same play, which shifted Dwight up high and pulled his man, allowing for Pau to work down low with space. This is how you can take advantage of two bigs in the Princeton. It has to work quickly, however, so the D can't settle in on what is going on and muck things up. Whether or not this had any impact on Pau playing aggressively, he didn't seem to sleep walk though tonight, playing more with that sense of urgency that eludes him a lot of times and Kobe has been harping on. He didn't score much after that first quarter, but it wasn't for lack of trying. A couple of his misses after getting into the paint, Dwight cleaned up. That aggression that collapses and breakdowns the D is better than clanking long jumpers. The Stats: He scored 14 points on 6-16 shooting (0-1 from three, 2-2 from the line) to go with 5 boards, 2 assists, 3 steals, 1 turnover and 3 fouls in 33 minutes. He was a +38. The Action: He cut to the post, took a pass, missed across the lane and got it back for a putback layup out of the Princeton on the first play (nice set). He faced up and hit a wing jumper on the same sequence next time down. He scored a layup off the high-low from Kobe. Poor high-low to Howard, turnover. He missed baseline jumper. He spun to the middle from the right block and drew FTs, he made both. He hit an elbow turnaround against the zone. He missed a jumphook against the zone, but Dwight cleaned it up. He had 10 points on 4-7 shooting and 2 boards. Second Half: His man went for a steal, he spun away and flipped in a layup. He grabbed an airball and scored the easy layup backing a smaller man into a bad position. He missed an open wing jumper. He missed a turnaround in the post. He attacked baseline and wanted the foul on airballed runner. He blocked two different players on one defensive stand. He took the Kobe feed and quickly lobbed to Dwight for the And-1. He was blocked in the post. He missed a corner three and tip-in attempt. He attacked from the elbow and wanted the foul, but Dwight cleaned up the dribble penetration.

Peace -- -- To what extent the ease of this blowout was because we got a strong game from Peace is hard to say. Even if he missed shots, we saw some better decision making. He wasn't dominating the ball forcing us into bad offense (hopefully someone talked to him). He still had a couple of miscues off the dribble, but not to the extent we've seen. Connecting from the three line, he finished as our second scorer of the night. Keep it simple. Don't force it when there is time on the clock. Brown ran Metta at some backup SG in this game once again. He really needs to find another option than that. The Stats: He scored 18 points on 7-11 shooting (3-6 from three, 1-2 from the line) to go with 5 boards, 4 assists, 1 steal, 2 turnovers and 1 foul in 30 minutes. He was a +25. The Action: Early low-post offense and he scored over Prince. He missed a wide open corner three. He got tapped on a kickout three attempt. He dribbled a ball off his foot going across the top of the arc. Horrible post entry pass but somehow Dwight actually tipped the pass in. He swished a sideline jumper in transition. He tried to dribble into a crowd and luckily drew FTs, he made both. He sank a wing three over the zone. Risky bounce pass to Kobe cutting, but he threaded the needle and Kobe scored the tough layup. He drained a sideline three when Kobe whipped him a pass next time down to end the half. He had 11 points on 4-6 shooting and 4 boards. Second Half: He scored a layup off the break with Blake. He rumbled coast-to-coast for a layup. He drained a wing three on a kickout. Wild turnaround chuck from three over the zone (that's not the kind of shot you take, easy to get better looks over the zone).

Blake -- -- Having Kobe out there playmaking for him sure helps the minutes Blake is on the floor with this starting unit. You don't want to rely on Blake to playmake (or do much of anything else but hit spot up jumpers). Blake did have 6 assists, but Kobe was really the one orchestrating. Offensive issues aside, he again showed some good D. Tonight, he led the team with 5 steals. Very well balanced stat sheet, hitting at least 5-5-5-5 in four categories. The 5 steals tied a career high (last time he did that was 5 years ago in Utah...that same season, he had an 18-assist game. That seems impossible.). Not having Nash is going to force us to commit to the Princeton more. Hopefully, they can scratch out a lot more wins until Blake can return to the bench. Nash was asked if he can return in a week: "I hope so. You never know. We'll see." His injury could have him sidelined for up to four weeks. The Stats: He scored 6 points on 2-4 shooting (2-3 from three) to go with 5 boards, 6 assists, 5 steals, 2 turnovers and 2 fouls in 30 minutes. He was a +25. The Action: He picked up a fumbled pass by Prince on one end, then missed a corner three on the other. He came up with another ball in transition D to get a stop. Off-mark with a lob pass to Dwight. He bricked a wide open 18-footer (I'm surprised when the midrange do go in for him), he then went for the gamble steal on the loose ball and it led to a breakaway score for the Pistons. His post entry was picked off for a dunk. He squared up nicely and hit the wing three off the Kobe swing pass. Great D, jumping the passing lane in the paint to swipe a ball and ignite a transition opportunity. He had 4 steals in the first half. Second Half: He spun at the FT line, got penetration and dished to Dwight for the easy one. He scooped up a loose ball, pushed it out and hit Metta filling the lane for a layup. He attacked in early offense and kicked it to Metta for the open three. He over-passed in the paint, 3-second violation an Howard. He got burned baseline, but his man choked the highlight dunk attempt. He cocked and fired, hitting from three with a few seconds on the shotclock.

Jamison -- -- He played SF for most of the night and even got some run in with the starters late in the game while Metta sat. Nothing has come easy so far for him. The only real consistent part of his game offensively has been his ability to slip into the paint off cuts for backdoor layups. If he's playing the SF, that's certainly a skill we are missing with Barnes' vacancy. We still made some of the Detroit bench look pretty good. Three of them had double figures scoring. The Stats: He scored 6 points on 2-4 shooting (1-3 from three, 1-2 from the line) to go with 5 boards, 1 assist, 1 steal, 1 turnover and 1 foul in 19 minutes. He was a -7. The Action: He somehow drew a foul with a second on the shotclock on an inbounds pass, nice work. Good post entry from the wing to Dwight under the hoop for a dunk. Second Half: Poor post entry to Hill, bad angle, right out of bounds. He got hammered on a layup attempt in transition, he made one FT. He missed a wing three in early offense. He missed another wing three on a kickout. He sank a wing three, finally. He scored a layup slipping backdoor to take the pass (he seems to get one of those a game).

Hill -- -- He rolled an ankle off a lob dunk from Pau. He put a lot of weight on it coming down. That looked painful. He pulled himself up and he hobbled back down court. He played the rest of the game on it, which is a good sign, but how his ankle reacts after the game when swelling comes is key. Poor guy. He's our blue collar worker and did just that tonight. He hit the offensive boards to get us second chances and helped the Lakers destroy the Pistons on the interior. One of his putback jams got the bench on their feet. That's the stuff. Keep it up. He led the bench in scoring and rebounding. The Stats: He scored 11 points on 3-4 shooting (5-5 from the line) to go with 7 boards (4 offensive), 1 steal, 1 block and 2 fouls in 19 minutes. He was a -5. The Action: He battled for an offensive board and drew FTs, he made both. Second Half: He slammed back in a missed Ebanks jumper (that got the bench up, including Kobe and D12). He missed a putback attempt. He grabbed a Kobe missed three and powered in an And-1, he made the FT. He drew FTs in the post and got a big roar with the makes as they passed the 100-point mark.

Ebanks -- -- Not a good game for Ebanks. He struggled with his shot (0-6), got blocked a few times and did little out there. The key for him is to make these types of games the exception. He was steady all preseason. Brown again played him largely at the SG with Jamison at SF. He got to a couple of offensive boards using that length. He needs to make sure when he's in there we have balance elsewhere on the court or we're in trouble when the other team gets transition. But good to see him at least doing some little stuff like that when the shot isn't falling. He needs to be careful with the sloppy passes that lead to turnovers. He did have a very nice corner entry to Dwight. The Stats: He scored 2 points on 0-6 shooting (0-2 from three, 2-2 from the line) to go with 3 boards, 1 assist, 1 turnover and 2 fouls in 12 minutes. He was a -6. The Action: He missed a half-courter at the buzzer. Excellent corner entry to Dwight to set up FTs. He missed a pull-up jumper. Second Half: He bricked a three. He cut to the hoop, was wide open for a while before getting the pass, then blocked from behind (a simple pumpfake would have served him well). He was blocked again in the middle of the paint on a short one. He missed a sideline jumper. He drew FTs to start the fourth and made both. Poor post entry pass, turnover, layup the other way.

Meeks -- -- Brown would rather have Ebanks, Metta, Blake or Morris at backup SG right now than Meeks. That's a few guys whose natural position is elsewhere. His goal seems to be to get length on defense. Meeks hasn't seen the light of day, but got in tonight in the blowout. He needs to keep his offense simple and we need to keep putting him in situations that are anything but that. The Stats: He didn't score on 0-2 shooting (0-1 from three) in 4 minutes. He was a +3. The Action: He did not play in the first half. Second Half: He missed an open elbow jumper coming off the screens. He missed a wing three in transition.

Duhon -- -- Garbage time minutes for Duhon. He had a pretty good stint with 3 assists. Morris has jumped over him on Brown's depth chart. It seems doubtful the Lakers won't use their buyout of him next season. Might be nice to think about a gamble on someone like Delonte West if you can work a deal for a buyout with Duhon now. Our back up guard situation is anything but stable as it is. The Stats: He didn't score or shoot, had 3 assists, 1 board and no fouls in 4 minutes. He was a +3. The Action: He did not play in the first half. Second Half: Nice look, spotting Jamison cutting backdoor on the baseline for a layup.

Morris -- -- It's a little scary watching him. You just want him to keep it simple and do the right thing. With just Blake and Duhon in front of him in the backup PG spot, he's getting his chance right now to make his case to move ahead of Duhon on the depth chart. (If he hasn't already, as it appears.) This is a do-able goal for any PG playing behind Duhon. Better minutes from Morris tonight. He had only one real brainlock moment, an airball in the lane when he was a little OC. He did also have one pound-the-dribble-down possession that ended up a prayer, as well. It seemed like Brown had the quick hook the moment he had any kind of miscue. Despite that, this was probably one of his better showings. Morris needs to have more steady minutes like these. He's been all over the place anytime he's gotten run. Just keep it simple. Go after opportunities when they present themselves. Don't force it. The Stats: He scored 6 points on 2-5 shooting (1-1 from three, 1-2 from the line) to go with 1 board, 2 assists, 1 turnover and no fouls in 15 minutes. He was a +1. The Action: He swished a corner three on a kickout from Kobe. Bad pass off the dribble and it was nearly picked off for a score, but we tracked it down with a couple seconds on the shotclock. He drew FTs on the sideline dribble, he made one. Nice vision catching a long outlet, spotting Dwight rumbling to the hoop and he quickly lobbed it to him over defenders for the dunk. Good job running the floor on a miss and they found him for a layup. Out of control on his next possession and he airballed a short one in the paint (Brown benched then with some criticism from Stu for the sub...but Brown would bring him back later in the half when Blake picked up his second foul). Second Half: Poor pass to Hill under the hoop, turnover out of bounds. He got tapped of a wing jumper coming off the screens. He pounded the dribble for way too long, attacked and threw up a prayer (that got him benched for Blake).

Sacre -- -- With our bigman depth, these are the kind of minutes you hope Sacre gets. That means we're blowing out an opponent (and hopefully not reverse) and everyone else is healthy or not in foul trouble. He managed a few foul-prone, turnover-prone minutes tonight and scored off his only attempt. Hopefully, Brown trusts our deep bench a little more to hold the line next time we have a blowout. The Stats: He scored 2 points on 1-1 shooting to go with 1 block, 2 turnovers and 3 fouls in 7 minutes. He was a -4. The Action: He did not play in the first half. Second Half: He was called for three seconds, not getting the post entry quickly. He hit a jumphook off the two-man game with Duhon.

Clark -- -- He finally got some run with 2 minutes left after that groin injury sidelined him. He came in for Hill at PF. Not enough time to do much of anything. Really, with Hill's health situation, he should have been in sooner. The Stats: He didn't score and had 1 foul in 2 minutes. He was a +5. The Action: He did not play in the first half. Second Half: Nice challenge on the baseline to help get a stop.

Brown -- -- Stu before the game: "You would think after 8 preseason games and 3 regular season games, he would have his rotations settled, but he doesn't." There was definitely some sharpness in Stu's words at times during the game. The Detroit announcers were also shocked when Brown brought back in his big guns early in the fourth... The Lakers were very controlled in the offense early. Very deliberate going into the post out of the Princeton. You have to penetrate the defense some way, pass or dribble. They took an 8-2 lead and forced a timeout... They extended to a 25-12 lead, methodically going to the bigs (Pau with 10, Dwight with 11)... He sat Dwight and Metta for Hill and Ebanks... He sat Blake for Morris with 1:18 left. So basically, Pau/Kobe and the bench. This is the duo we wanted to see split with Nash/Howard on the backend of those rotations (when Nash is healthy)... The Lakers led 34-13 after the first quarter. The Pistons had 7 turnovers in the quarter, the Lakers 4... He started the Howard, Hill, Jamison, Ebanks, Morris unit... He sat Ebanks for Metta to run at SG, up 19. This odd substitution sponsored by Subway... The Lakers were in the bonus 3 minutes into the quarter... He sat Hill for Kobe... Then Morris for Blake midway through the quarter... He sat Blake for Morris with 1:49 left. Blake had 2 fouls... The Lakers led 62-34 at the half. They shot 62% (23-37, 6-11 3Pt, 10-16 FT). The Pistons shot 39% (14-36, 2-5 3Pt, 4-5 FT). The Lakers had just 7 turnovers. The Pistons had a Laker-like 12 turnovers that led to 16 points... The Laker D got a shotclock violation on the first possession of the half... Kobe picked up his fourth foul, Brown tried to sub out Kobe who refused and Brown told him from the bench, "Don't foul." Ouch... Kobe and Dwight sat for Ebanks and Hill a couple minutes later. The Pistons subbed out all five of their starters, not happy with the effort... Brown sat Metta for Blake, no Meeks at SG... The Lakers led 86-55 after three quarters... He started a Sacre, Hill, Jamison, Ebanks, Morris unit... Brown called timeout after a 7-0 Pistons run... Brown went to Kobe, Howard and Blake 3 minutes in. Detroit announcers were stunned, up 23... Then Brown brought back Pau for Hill a couple possessions later. Staples seemed somewhat shocked, as well. So, the starters with Jamison instead of Metta... He sat Dwight for Hill up by 25 with 5 minutes left... He called a timeout with 4:14 left and sat Kobe up by 26. Now it's Sacre, Hill, Jamison, Meeks and Duhon... Clark came in for Hill with 2 minutes left... The Lakers shot 52%. They had 15 turnovers, which led to 21 points. Still a lot, but 5-10 better than previous games. That makes a difference... The Lakers made 10-22 from three... They won the paint 56-34...

Thanks, DB!

Finally, we play to our strength...maximize it: POST-UP GAME!

We dump the ball into Howard and Gasol. Inside out game has always been our strength back in the championship days. Inside out game = good thing happens.

https://twitter.com/Lakers_RealGM/status/265343693664419841 (taken from Andrew Evenstar).

If Howard dominates like this in the post, you give the ball to him, no matter what offense is run.

PnR between Duhon and the bench players was really solid. PnR makes our bench look better since the Pri. offense would be too complicated for them to understand.

Hopefully, we continue to do this. Limiting TO (I see a couple of forcing passes to Howard). We did manage the ball better (most of the TO came from garbage times when we already had huge lead).

Can't blame him. I am totally with MB in this move.

We need a win, admit it, even us, fans, want this win. When our bench players play out of control, you make sure to let them know that it is unacceptable (bench them all). Bringing the starters back in give a bit of excitement (watching 2nd unit is dead boring).

Moreover, I think MB brought the starters back in for like 3 mins or so. It was not that bad.

I'm happy with both Morris' and Blake's performance.

Morris in particular. Seems to be picking up on what he needs to be doing. Still a little bit of a loose cannon but when he's not trying to do too much he's fine.

Blake has a habit of being such a safe player that he ends up not really doing anything. Tonight he seemed to be more confident in his actions. Maybe the next step is to see him actually try a layup.

Thanks DB.
Not sure if you're still using streams to view the game, but it is nice for us to finally see a T&R writeup for a win.

Appreciate it as always

Mike Brown is a complete moron. Hopefully the players can rise above his joke coaching, take matters into their own hands and will themselves to a title.

Nice as always DB. Thought you were a little tough on Blake. Steve played a good game.

Hill is the new Rambis. Now if we can just get him to don the glasses.

Running Morris over Duhon is an intersting gambit. Running Ebanks instead of Meeks another. Brown's rotations remains a mystery.

Had to miss this game - bad game to miss!!!!

Still, it's great to see that the Lakers blew the Pistons off the court tonight.

DB - I appreciate the T&R's and all the detail you put in to this, particularly when I miss a game like this, because of the excellent insights I get on how the game played out when I read your summaries.

Thanks once again!

I was half describing the general state of his game which we've got to really lean on for however long Nash is sidelined. Going to be tough. Got to like the 5 steals and little bit of everything tonight.

Thanks DB!!!!!!

Since Kobe appears to be the only dependable facilatator, that allows Blake to be the SG, this is a workable situation when the bits are rolling. Blake and others to have a hard time triggering the offense by penetration or successfully passing the ball to Pau/Superman

Thanks for the recap as usual DB. A win is a win I suppose... I still want Brown gone asap. We'll have to see how the Lakers hold up against better teams.

Thanks DB. Steve Black = 1-0 as Lakers' starting PG in the Princeton Offense. Always bet on Black!

morris showing the potential to be next gordon dargic today!

Great write up DB, although I do disagree with your point about Delonte West. Sure our PG backups are not perfect, but a headcase like West is not even the last thing you should do.

I thought Clark got a block though, but I guess I saw it wrong.
And Brown putting in the starters in the fourth, especially Pau and Kobe, was literally painful. Hope we never see that again.

Oh yeah...that's true...

OTOH, Steve Black is on a 1-game win streak as starting PG in the Princeton Offense.

What's up with Mike Brown bringing back Kobe and Dwight in while up 24???

Can't blame him. I am totally with MB in this move.

We need a win, admit it, even us, fans, want this win. When our bench players play out of control, you make sure to let them know that it is unacceptable (bench them all). Bringing the starters back in give a bit of excitement (watching 2nd unit is dead boring).

Moreover, I think MB brought the starters back in for like 3 mins or so. It was not that bad.

It was a win but with its fair share of controversy. What is the point of bringing Kobe back in when he knows full well he had an injured foot? I think he finally realized his mistake and brought in duhon. Was duhon even running the princeton? He looked good with assists. We do need to keep it simple for goodness sake we have HOF in this team. Duhon was so far down the depth chart didnt think he would get his share of minutes. I still think MB is going with blake and d.mo with nash out. Divide their minutes accordingly and for sure we will get the W's. He needs to get a rotation going and stop playing people out of position. was Stu visibly upset? i dont know he didnt sound like it but his voice echoed what most people on LG has been posting all along i think we had that SMH look when that happened. if we have any aspirations for a championship we still need the bench to win games.

Pooe guy. He probably never able to be the first to comment om YouTube, so he went a low road and posted it on LG. Because LG is way less trafic than YouTube.
