I see they have a first round pick and a second round pick. Is this true?

well according to nbadraft.net the Cavs have the right to swap thier own first round pick or the ones they have from the heat and kings for the lakers.in the second round the lakers have the grizz pick thtas top 55 protected.if i had to guess i would say the lakers would get the heat pick.

As far as I know - the 2013 draft pick will go to either PHX or Cleveland.

The second round pick won't go to the Lakers unless its within the 56 - 60 range lol.

With that said though.. I think the Lakers need to try and acquire a few picks in this years draft. Both players are probably second round or late first round picks .. but I think cash, DJO, Devin Ebanks, Earl Clark, Steve Blake or Chris Duhon should be able to net a second round pick and/or (if necessary) a late first round.

Two players i like are Russ Smith (scoring defensive-minded pg) and Rodney Williams (small forward)

They'll have a lottery pick if they don't shape up.

That kid is 14 with a 7'1" wingspan, learning guard skills at a listed 6'9".

Darius Rice like athleticism.

Can he shoot like Kevin Durant because he looks like a more athletic Kevin Durant.

We need to try and get a pick in the 1st rd to draftTony Mitchell. He's perfect for this team if Antoni continues to be the coach.

If we miss the playoffs, maybe Stern can rig the lottery for us like he did for New Orleans
