The problem is similar to prioritizing problems and opportunities in real life. When everything is a priority, nothing is a priority. As DMR noted, it is too easy to overlook the LG Charity Drive that honors Dr. Buss. |

all the current ones deserve to be there, though in maybe 12 hours or so the blazer qftos/ game thread threads can be removed.
But all the others ones deserve to be sticked, imo. _________________ Kobe |

I beg to differ. If a thread is really all that interesting, its placement near the top would be self-sustaining. All game related threads other than DB's review should be allowed to float in the Lounge about 12 hours or so after the conclusion of the game, for example. Other than special announcements or unusual special events (Dr. Buss passing), stickies should only be affixed to announcements, most recent game reviews, and tickets. |

never got why every single article emplay writes needs to be a sticky.
i get it, he needs/wants hits for his website. wants to get his name out there. i get that.
but there has to be a better way than what he does that |

No offense, But Eric adds more value to this board than all your threads put together. And, btw, I don't think Eric stickied his own thread in this case, I think it was another mod. And when people have had a chance to read, we'll unsticky. |

I don't know about that. KK's posts have far more entertainment value because of his unquestioned strangeness. I can't remember the last time I clicked on to any of Eric's posts. |

True. Too many stickie threads up there and it could be a distraction from real stuff that matter. I think QFTOS, Game Thread, thought&rating, highlighg, and new article threads all should be un-stickie after 12-24 hours or so. No longer than that. _________________ You miss 100 percent of the shots you never take. |
