|
|
I've been getting strange ads pop up everytime I visit LG of a flashing woman blurred out that covers the entire page making me need to click the back button to exit the ad. Can we do away with the full page ads? I can handle the bottom of the screen banners, etc, but this is obnoxious and I wouldn't want it to pop-up while on a public computer/work.
Thanks
I'm using an iPad, so that may have something to do with it. Maybe its not a full page on a desktop/laptop. |

Just saw it again.
It says:
"Amy Schumer - A series of embarrassing episodes"
Anyone else see this? |

Full page ads or pop ups aren't allowed. I'll probably need more info on what site this is for to try to hunt it down. |

I've been getting the same ad as well and it appears to be from track.celtra.com which is a company that does "rich media" mobile ads. I had been trying to get it to trigger to see if the ad's URL would show up in Safari's history but it doesn't. Clicked it and found that it redirects from the celtra site, so I hope there's a match.
(Btw, for some reason, this ad does not show up on Chrome for iOS.)
Tried to paste the full URL here, but it stretches the page like no other link in history. So if it is needed to get the ad id, then cutting/pasting from the link below might be the best bet.

Spent about half an hour going through stuff. I couldn't find anything with celtra or related to "Amy Schumer." I did see some "Amy's weight loss" stuff that I turned off, but that's not related to Comedy Central (which I also looked for). |

Thanks DB for taking time to look through all of the providers, I'll follow-up if I can find a way to isolate the exact URL (rather than just the tracker). In the meantime, it hasn't shown up on Chrome for iOS so it may be platform specific. |

I have another one popping up now. Its a TMobile ad in Spanish. The first one hasn't popped up in a while.
"Ahora eleccion es simple."
"La telefonia celular no ha cambiado, pero TMobile si." |
