Good news, both Jamal and Amanda advanced to the final. Great job LG'ers!

Northern Quest Casino’s Gimme the MIKE has chosen two singers to join the other five finalists in this season’s Grand Finale on Sunday, May 21st at 6pm. Amanda Tsubota and Jamal Ali have both been selected and each will receive a sofa from Comfort World.
Due to a computer error the polls remained open past the midnight deadline. Both Amanda and Jamal had over 1100 votes at that time (nearly 800 more than the next closest contenders). Therefore, the producers elected to crown both of them Wild Card Winners. They join Michelle Duque, Cory Howard, Tracy Wakefield, Cary Ross and Cami Miller for a chance to win a 2006 Toyota Rav this Sunday night.

I'd like to thank everyone who made this possible, I finally need to get some sleep.
Jamal sincerely thanks everyone who contributed, and I will be holding up my end of the deal and donating the remaining 50$ that I promised. Hopefully he does well in the finals and brings homes the gold.
