He was THE man on LT. Unfortunately I never got to meet him in person at the LT bball meet last year, and now I feel even worse that I missed the opportunity to meet the legend.

May he rest in peace.

I noticed a couple conversations between you two in his LG posts when I compiled those for the top of this thread. Some father-to-father advice that I almost posted.

Our only real disagreements came in the political department.

Never met him in person, but it wasn't difficult to pick up on the fact, he was a great guy. Had a wonderful sense of humor and wit. Throw in his life wisdom and I'm betting he was a true joy to be around.

I enjoyed the time he spent here and always made it a point to read his input. He will be missed.

WOW, cant believe it.

the memory i had with TI, was at the first basketball game LT had at some park in bellflower, it think it was.

he was a kind and gracious host.

we played hoops together, and one thing i noticed was that he was a big guy. but cool.

we shot alot of hoops that day. met his wife, who was enthused about meetin up with the guys he only had opportunity to talk to on the board up to that point.

he always asked me back to the next greet and meet (games), but i couldnt make any of 'em. only the first one.

the dude was an artist with his home made pizza. after the game, i think it was USAPA, myself, DAK and others just grubbed.

anyhow, i was so tired and had been drinkin so much after the game, that i missed an opportunity to meet the SHOES in person, who was comin into LA for a LAKER game. (sorry again SHOES).

i do slightly remember him sayin that he had made pizza for a fundraiser for kids at a school. cant totally remember, because by that time he told me, it was already a few cases of beer.

but TI, rest in peace bro, you wont be forgotten.

I truly appreciated his wit and wisdom, and I thoroughly enjoyed reading his posts. I have profound respect for those who have experienced life, and are willing to share that rich experience with others.

He will be missed.

May God rest his soul. And may God bless and console his family.
