When did u start enjoying the NBA?
I remember wacthing games on Portuguese TV in the late 80s. the first ones were broadcast in the 87/88 season. However I only became a fan in the 1991/2 season. the 92 all-star game with Magic as MVP was my big push to become a full-time fan.
In 1995 Magic's tour came to Lisbon and there was a mgnificent game at a Bullfight stadium in Lisbon. Can't forget that one.
My first NBA game was a NYK-MEM in the 2004/5 season at MSG. |

late 80s-early 90s. my brother loved the lakers so we always watched the nationally televised games. didn't watch much during high school and during college, only watched a few games during the year and the playoffs. wasn't until I graduated (in 2002) that I started watching all the nationally televised games and in 2005 I got the league pass so I could watch everything. _________________ "I define success by championships, by winning..." The first games I really remember watching were the Bulls vs Lakers series and Bulls vs Blazers series. Jordan hocked me on the league and then I picked the Lakers to be my team. |

1977, first time I could really comprehend basketball as a youngster. Bill Walton was ridiculous that year. |

1984ish...
Byron Scotts first season as a Laker...
I say that because as a little kid I remember my older brother being pissed about the trade for Norm Nixon...
I've been a die hard fan ever since!!! _________________ 16 and counting.... |
