Detroit is a horrible example of what a defending Eastern Conference champion should be. They look absolutely pathetic. They've been thoroughly exposed and 1-hit wonders.

That team needs broken up. They won more games than any team in the league and went funky when it really counted. They couldnt beat the top four seeds in the West if they played with 6 men on the court.

must agree, this year was supposed too be the year they got their vindication, too prove they werent a one hit wonder. And what happens? They didd what they were know , well simply, no for. They chocked, couldnt stop people consistenly, and well are getting beat, IMO by just a good miami team, not great by any means.

28, 16 and 5 blks for Da Kang. Shaq was pacing himself the whole year and now he's turning it on. I feel for the Mavs or Suns. Anyone else?

it would be fun to see Nash win Finals MVP vs Snaqeer getting it. the little guy would be a thorn in his side again.

Feel what, happy? The Heat aren't beating either of those two teams.

where I live (half an hour from detroit), the media will be focusing on how detroit choked and how it was flip's fault

Looks like I'm gonna have to retire my avatar.

As much as I hate to say it, much credit goes to the Heat. Even though the Pistons didn't show up, the Heat made all the big plays.

Also, what did Shaq say about Kobe? I couldn't really hear.

Shaq: blah blah a friend told me blah blah
Reporter: Who was that friend?
Shaq: Kobe Bryant.

At least that's what I think he said.

reaching there...it was Hubie Brown. And the Pistons fell apart like the Lakers did..maybe their team will crack open and we can benefit from it..

I said it about the Pistons too, but that was based on the idea that they would somehow figure out what was wrong and fix it. Dallas doesn't have that same problem and neither does Phoenix. The Pistons shot 37.5% from the field for the series. I wouldn't count on seeing that from either the Mavs or Suns.
