The problem with Amare is he jumps too hard, too often. Lebron and Wade are RUNNERS and jump and dunk in stride. Wade doesn't even have a great vertical, he takes advantage of his speed and large strides for takeoff, and his wingspan helps him finish.

Amare....it's not the dunks that are killing the guy, it's his layups. That guy jumps flat footed 10+ feet from the basket for his up and under layups, where he floats past people with his hangtime. You should watch his "layups" some time.

The problem is he doesn't have a driving game, where your legs can build momentum...he just jumps from standstill all the time and that has to kill your knees.

Whats wrong with you???????? Dont wish bad things on these guys, the game is better because of them!!!! If Kobe had no comp, they would say it was easy to be the best in his era!

It is entirely possible they may get some variation of jumper's knee or whatever was wrong with VC for awhile, but i believe he recovered with only minor arthroscopic surgery, not this microfracture surgery.

While I'm tired of how much the refs protect these guys and how much the media kisses theire respective butts vs. the treatment Kobe gets I hope they remain healthy.

Wade's problem is he likes to take hard falls for the dramatic effect -- that'll catch up to him sooner or later.

Kobe, Jordan and Carter were the same, but they developed reliable Js in the later stages of their careers, nothing stops Wade and Bron from doing it.

Yeah seriously dude.

You realize that the majority of your threads get locked rather quickly. Hmmm...I wonder why?
