Used a brand new program called FilterForge. It works standalone or as a Photoshop plugin. 8)

those cyberglow filters are nice. and I like the alien metal one too.

graphic designers are so awesome! the things they do w/ photoshop scare me. i saw one time on a site i forgot that someone posted a very dark picture of himself on a website, thinking that no one can possibly recognize him on a pic so dark. guess what, some graphic artist did something and it uncovered his face.

that was sick!

A tutorial is not nessessary. Download the Filter Forge beta and then install my filter. The effect I posted is one of the presets.
