No matter how much we all hated the Queens back in the day, you got to appreciate the skill "White Chocolate" brought to the game.

Nice. I love those transcendent plays in videos like this where even the opposing arenas break out in "oooooooohs" after something spectacular happens. In the end we can all appreciate being highly entertained! |

When he looks behind him after he got crossed, it was like I could hear him say "white boy did what!" |

Still have nightmares of him and Webber during the 00 playoffs. |

Had the top selling jersey at one point. Watching the kings play was a joy. Great ball movement and tremendous plays. That style was also his downfall. Great for the regular season but not for the playoffs. Hence, Mike Bibby. |

Agreed but memorable and fun nonetheless. _________________ "Back to Back Yeah, Yeah...and you know that!" |

The elbow assist is one of my favorites. Jason was very fun to watch. |

J-Will was an exciting player for about 2 years, but once the hype was over he really had nothing else to show. Don't get me wrong. I like flashy basketball in small doses, but he was a bit to inconsistent for my taste. |

Yeah, it was good for like a minute. Didn't really seem like the nicest dude either. But even with that inconsistency he played 12 seasons. |

He wasn't part of the Kings of the early 2000s right? I don't remember him, but I was pretty darn young at the time so it wouldn't be surprising if he was. Thanks for the video though, nice to watch passing skills like that. |

It wasn't even really that great for the regular season. They won 44 games that year and were the 8th seed. Wasn't the style so much imo, but the fact that the dude just couldn't shoot (looking right at YOU Rubio). That high post, motion offense they ran in the half court needed some superb shooters and Bibby was just money from mid-range to the arc. |

That style got them close to running the Pacific in 2001. They finish IIRC one game behind the Lakers. Then the move for Bibby was made that summer of 2001. Flashy and exciting? Yes. They won a lot of games and was a three seed in ' 01 but they needed stability and clutch play at that PG spot.
For all those sweet passes, there was a brutal turnover or a rushed three with 22 on the shot clock. You could probably say Williams was like Brett Favre on the court. He would have you saying "no no no no YES!!" |

Which is why he was perfect for fans of other teams. They could watch in awe of his flashy plays, but won't feel bad when he pulled up from 3 feet beyond the arc and clanked the rim. He did win a ring though. |
