Still gave up 31 but no one talks about defense.

You keep saying we gave up 31 in the quarter we scored 51 like that is terrible....we outscored them by 20 points in that quarter!! I'll take that any day and twice on Sunday.

Yes, this. Most fun all season. Next would be Meeks' 42 and beating the Thunder, Steve Blake's game-winner against the Rockets, Nick Young's 41 and getting fouled shooting a 3 seemingly every game, and Nash's 19 and 5 on his 40th birthday.

I like Blake's game winner over Dwight Howard. Beautifull shot.

This, and Pau hitting a 3-pointer and doing a SwaggyP imitation afterwards

This. At the time there was hope that the team could scrap into a possible playoff berth and Kobe's return was imminent.

though got increasingly tough to watch games the last month and a half, this season was more enjoyable than last year , the team always played with heart and tried as hard as they could

last year was more difficult for me to see a player in Howard just give a half hearted effort and bring the whole team down because of it just pissed me off so much more than this year

It was what is was and it is over now NBA do your magic you know every team packages their seasons around the Lakers visit, need to have them good for ratings and road ticket sales so I expect a top 2 pick with some lighter ping pong balls lol

Watching the Laker-affiliate LA D-Fenders clinch the top spot in the West Division. Good times.

The best-of-3 playoffs started the week before and it already ended miserably for the D-Fenders, who were swept by the Warriors. It was a very good regular season, they had the 2nd best record in the D-League and got to choose their opponent. So they chose the Santa Cruz Warriors that had Steph Curry's brother and Klay Thompson's brother. They lost the 1st game in the Bay Area and it was must-win game back here last Saturday in front of a crowd that had Mychal and Julie Thompson in the stands. When their shots stopped falling they got dismantled inside on the other side, so it was a bitter end to a promising run. At least they got a West Division trophy this year which was a turnaround from last year's team.

I had said last year that we should get Klay's brother....heck get Curry's brother too. Good cheap players and Klay could come join his brother here!!

Yes you did, I remember the thread:

You were way ahead of everyone and saw the potential. Sure would be nice to have Klay&Mychel, Steph and Seth someday.

Hands down the Cleveland game. The last game I got excited about all season.

Lowlight... the last two. The Lakers really hurt themselves there... they passed up Parker, Embid, Exum, or Randle by winning those two.

fixed.

There's still an outside chance that they slip into the top 3 picks.. history actually suggests it's more common than you may think.
