He has maturity issues but he is as explosive of a scorer as they come. I can't think of anyone more worth a late 2nd round pick. I think we should buy a late 2nd round pick and grab him. |

Why? He's not going to get drafted. 5'6 player who can't really shoot, defend, or pass. Fancy dribbling won't mean anything in this league. He's fun to watch. That's about it. |

He averaged 11 points a game in 13 minutes in the D League. He's explosive. a late 2nd round pick is nothing. If he was 6' he's easily a first round pick. What's wrong with buying a pick in the 50s? |

Because you can actually use that spot to draft a NBA caliber player. |

Uh not really. How many draft picks in the 50 to 60 range turn into a NBA caliber player. It's very rare. Might as well take a chance on a guy who has the talent just not the size. |

It's equivalent to drafting a 6'6 college center because he has good footwork. And I don't even think Carr has NBA level talent. He's fast and can dribble and is insanely fun to watch. So was Smush Parker but at least he had NBA level athleticism and height. Carr is 20, shown that he can be somewhat of a headcase, and has no position. What exactly you like about him outside of fancy dribbling? |
