Show looks really low budget. Hopefully she'll get some recognition and start landing some bigger parts. |

Good sci-fi can be done without fancy CGI or high priced actors. In any case, the last thing that Orphan Black brings to mind is "low budget". It does a lot with very little.
It's actually quite difficult to pull off what they do with Tatiana playing each of the clones...often having to act out each clone's parts while they are in the same room together. |

Right. That is more in reference to her getting paid $50K/show. |

Really good Allison episode yesterday. Anytime you get Allison and Felix in the same scene it's good comedy.
It's always amazing watching Tatiana playing one of her characters whose playing another one of her characters. So far we've seen:
Sarah playing Beth
Sarah playing Katya
Sarah playing Allison
Allison playing Sarah
Sarah playing Cosima
Helena playing Sarah _________________ "Suck it up. Don't be a baby. Do your job." - Kobe Bryant |

Sarah playing Allison was awesome...she didn't do a very good job, which was the very thing that made it so brilliant. |

Tatiana deserves all the TV acting awards in the world. Her work on this show is amazing.
LOL @ Donny at the end btw
The show has slowed down a bit for me over the past several episodes though. I'm waiting for something big to happen. |

I am so much in love with Allison. Best character on television.
this show is so great and getting better with each episode. The season started a little slow but right now it's amazing!
More people should watch this. _________________ Kobe |

Alison was pretty irritating in the beginning, but has grown into one of the most likable clones. I knew this girl in college who totally had her personality...so I get this weird "I know you" vibe from her. |

With leakey's development and the new guy last night there's been a little spark, but this season has been dull. I kind of like little things here and there, like Alison and Vic and of course the nonRachel acting of Maslany, but main threads seem dull.
Is this a spoiler free zone, or can I let er rip? |

Alison is my favorite of the clones her husband sucks though
Cosima bores me and I don't care for Helena either
The episodes go by so fast. |

I've raved all season about Tatiana Maslany's acting ability but last night's episode was just too weird. Maybe it will be made clear later on why the writers went in that direction, but that was her least convincing performance despite the explanation for her appearance.
All it left me was an image of her I never wanted to have. _________________ "Suck it up. Don't be a baby. Do your job." - Kobe Bryant |

They had to go there somehow, but I still feel this one is better than Rachel. Loved Sarah as Alison as Tony that was pretty funny.

We finally get to see the "Cosima Dance". That was hot!
Season 2 took us to some weird places but I think it ended strong. I think one thing they took away that made Season 1 so compelling was the mystery aspect of who among the people close to the clone sisters couldn't be trusted. They pretty much removed all that between Sarah/Mrs. S/Paul, Allison/Donnie, and Cosima/Delphine this season and made it everyone against Rachel. _________________ "Suck it up. Don't be a baby. I seriously thought Cosima was gonna die. I was gonna be so sad. The direction the show is headed in is giving me a LOST vibe where one mystery getting solved is just the first step in a staircase of bigger mysteries. |

Yeah my heart sank when I saw Cosima not responding, truly believed she was dead. Loved this season but felt the first one was stronger. Also don't know how I feel about the male clones actor. Can this guy be as good as Tatiana? Doubt it but we'll see. Any word on renewal? Hoping for it no doubt.
Oh and the clone dance was hilarious. Cosima was so hot she knew what she was doing. Helena on the other hand... |

How the (bleep) did Tatiana Maslany get snubbed, AGAIN, by the Emmys? Ridiculous. She's putting on the greatest performances on television right now, and it isn't even close. How the (bleep) did the entire show get snubbed? The special fx team should be shoe ins. |
