as far as henderson is concerned, when in doubt always check the official web site:

When the web site reports it, then you have to go with it. The writers have never ever told us someone has died officially and then brought them back . For example, we were never told Heller was officially dead. jack only presumes that he's dead but there is no official word of Hellers fate. the web site says:

if they had said:

that would be a different story. then we can say 100% that Heller was dead.
So, Henderson is dead for all intents and purposes. Was nice knowin ya! |

I'm with ya, Chef. I actually liked Henderson's character and I wish he had escaped because that would leave open the possibility of an appearance by him in future seasons. Kinda like a Nina Meyers, only smarter, stronger, and better. |
