ESPN

I don't want him, but it's interesting Phil is looking to reshape the Knicks roster starting with their PG and they're interested in a Steve Black type of PG.

They will probably get Steve Blake. Moving Felt on could be tough though. He stinks.

No team wanting to get back on track would want Felton as a starter

Rule number 1 as an exec: don't tell everyone what you're planning.

I think we all know Phil well enough here to know where there's smoke, something else is on fire :p . Though I'm not discounting a real leak given that housecleaning has barely even started for the Knicks.

I like to think that Mitch is successful as a GM because he doesn't publicize this stuff.

So you're calling Phil Sonny Corleone?

Phil might be one of the Corleone - as a coach. As an executive - for now he is one of Corleone soldiers. You know - one of many that died in the very first Godfather in masses. Just a trivia question: can you name all GMs of the NYK franchise over past 20 years? - Quite a list of dead (read: unsuccessful either only there or unsuccessful, period) bodies, isn't it?

Funny how people seem to be taking every report seriously about Phil's supposed actions. Unless it's Woj or Stein reporting it, it's probably bs.

Phil is probably throwing feeler out there to see who will bite.

Well Phil, you need to use another bait, no ones biting.

Jose Calderon is underrated. Phil is doing a better job than I thought he'd do. He's building a foundation, not trying to "win now."
