Beats looking at/listening to him.

^ Truth

And I hear he's a good coach particularly with young players so great.

if you disagree debate me on it but all of this talk about best starting 5 have nothing to with the topic or any claims I've made so I have a right to tell him not to derail the topic

Hill is no Chandler. Hill should be a reserve on a good team.

Peja was still only 30 during the Bugs best season('08), and West had a reliable jumper, unlike Randle. Randle will be a better shooter later on than he is now, but his pick n pop game isn't near David West during the Hornets' best year.

So Peja> Swaggy P
West> rookie Randle
Chandler>> Hill
CP3>>>Lin

the only position the old New Orleans Hornets lose at is Kobe's. And he's suffered two season ending injuries in his last seven games.

Kobe, Lin, Henry (if signed), Randle, Clarkson all great finishers. Maybe need some outside shooters.

Only maybe?

Somehow I can't picture a kid using a handle that references an obscure 60s TV show. So probably old

I agree with everything minus the Peja being better than Nick. They're probably a wash and Nick is the type of player to take over a game Peja isn't. Tyson WAS better than Hill I don't know if that's a fact today.

I watched CP3 and the Hornets smoke the Lakers in a home game at Staples. I remember being stoked getting tickets to Staples and then horrified at how good the Hornets were.

Just because its your topic doesn't mean everyone has to pretend its life and death. Relax.

I think for a wing defender that Shawn Marion would be exceptional.

Maybe the scarier part of the analogy is the owner-related comparison. Jim Buss and Michael Jordan haven't a clue as to how to build - or rebuild - winning momentum from their chairs in their office. It starts there ...

Mitch is using construction paper, string, tape, and paste to piece together a team that can survive the season and maintain cap flexibility.
