Happy birthday, Gary.
I guess Elden Campbell, 9 years a Laker and born in L.A. on this day, gets no love. Happy birthday, Big E!

@GeryWoelfel
Gary Payton, a candidate for Bucks coaching staff, is also a candidate for Lakers staff under likely new head coach Byron Scott.

I remember GP was interested in being part of the coaching staff if Brian Shaw was coaching the Lakers a couple years ago.

No way, he talks too much trash to be a coach. Dude also love to talk about himself. He would spent 25 seconds in 30 second time out talking about how he would played it.

Thanks I didn't know that. GP would be a bright spot on the staff IMO
