No, he shouldn't accept it. It's obious the FO wanted Karl as well and IMO would have been a better fit for this team. Byron always seemed to be the backup plan. |

Karl would've gotten us to the playoffs, now past the first round is a different story. |

The poll's basis of "should he" obfuscates the real issue, which is whose benefit would be served best by his acceptance of the position.
Byron wants a job and this position will lead him to another horror show.
The Lakers need him to come on board, but there's little hope he can produce anything but a few more seasons of hand-wringing.
"Should" has nothing to do with it. |
