Just when I logged in to say Mattingly definitely want to lose this game by bringing in Perez, bang hit off the wall . went from the worst starter to the worst bullpen pitcher .

How stupid can you be there? You seriously don't know there's a runner coming to third base? It would be the easiest play in the world to get him out.

Well we have to lose at some point.

That being said, I sure hope we win by the waiver wire. Haren is damn near bottom of the barrel.

To make matters worse, we're about to let this Cubs rookie pitcher pitch a complete game against us.

In his last 5 games, Haren's ERA is 10.17 (roughly...rounded down the extra out).

I don't know if I've seen someone THIS bad for this many starts.

Haren has to be out of the rotation after this game. I'd rather they wing it with Fife or Zack Lee as the #5 guy instead of that bum. He's shook.

Not Peterson, Urias, Seager good.

Kershaw has an over 4 era in the post season as well. We didnt have to part with all 3 of those prospects. Prospects will always be a gamble.

Not at the cost of the Dodgers future, which is going to be bright. I see the same spark out of Seager, Urias, and Pederson that I saw out of Kemp and Kershaw.
