You want dry, so yes, go with a brut, but don't spend on the champagne. Any intrinsic value in an upgrade is overpowered by the OJ.

Yep. A good, cheap champagne is Freixenet. It is very drinkable, should you be stuck with a few bottles after the guests leave.
