2015 restricted free agents look very enticing (assuming they reach RFA status).

IF they were RFAs, my targets: Kahwai (max), Klay (near max), R.Jackson (8-10m), K.Walker (8-10m), or B.Knight (6-8m).

Might be worth it for the Lakers, assuming they have possibly $30m plus in cap space, to take a run at one or two of these guys plus a big man.

And yes, RFA is usually a wasted process, but worth trying IMO with these guys.

Who is the big u want? Lopez? Asik? Trade? WCS?

How about BKnight at 6m (good off the ball type of "PG" who can defend and shoot the 3) and RJax at 9m. So $15m your PG rotation set for the future.

Or you can re-sign Lin and go for another PG for under $17m total for example. Then we'd have to find whatever big is available. Kind of interesting this crop of RFAs.

Knight will cost more if he has a good yr cause last yr he was good also. I would prefer to pay him who would have put 2 solid seasons then the guy who feels entitled in bledsoe

I for 1 would klay max and get him. Would be interesting to see.. I guess he would be paid higher then curry, bogut, iggy and barnes

It's a more realistic idea than Gasol in 2015 and Durant in 2016.

I'd want more than just Lopez in 2015. I'd try and get Klay Thompson too although it will be hard since he is a RFA.

I'd love either Lopez or Asik at $12 million or less a year. Ideally around $10 or less. Lopez is younger, so preferabbly him, but either one can be your starting C next to Randle for the next 4 years after this season.

After that you see who is available, but a starting C (who rebounds and blocks shots) is our #1 need.

Which NBA team is currently owed a future second round pick from the Rockets?

You knew some team was gonna try to steal away Beasley from the Lakers... if the waiting took to long..... the Lakers obviously must have some sort of plan for the SF spot... or else it doesn't make sense to let the best SF FA on the market sign with another rival WC team.

Kobe probably will get a lot of minutes at the three. We might go with a lot of small line ups like Nash/Lin, Clarkson/Lin, Beubois/Lin, etc., not to mention Swaggy most likely going to get 25 - 30mpg the the two.

Yes, he was sent packing. The Spurs waived him right before the playoffs because they couldn't deal with his attitude issues despite the fact that he could contribute a bit on the court.
