Wow. He's really kept falling since 2008.

This doesn't seem like a big "fall" from grace here. His first DUI was when he was 19 years old.
Compared to 2008, at least. Coming out of that Olympics he was seen as America's national hero. Then he had the bong incident, reports of lackluster work ethic, and then a relatively subpar 2012 Olympics. Now this.
