Wow. He's really kept falling since 2008.

In my opinion, two DUIs should result in a permanent ban from driving. Two chances is more than enough.

This doesn't seem like a big "fall" from grace here. His first DUI was when he was 19 years old.

Compared to 2008, at least. Coming out of that Olympics he was seen as America's national hero. Then he had the bong incident, reports of lackluster work ethic, and then a relatively subpar 2012 Olympics. Now this. Maybe he'll do even worse in 2016.

He said the only reason he was driving that fast was because he was drunk and wanted to hurry home before anything bad happened
