Pistons say G Jodie Meeks out eight weeks after CAT scan on Monday revealed stress reaction in his lower back.

Ouch. Sucks for him and the Pistons.
Good thing he got that contract.
Hope he recovers soon. I was looking forward to seeing how the Pistons would do this year.

I was hard on Meeks a couple of years back, but his development last season was impressive.

Get sell soon to a class act, Jodie Meeks.

Dang that stinks. Even our explayers get hurt. Guy who proved himself to be resilient, hardworking, classy and talented. Hope like Durant, Beal, Nash, and on and on, he gets himself fully 100% (not Grant Hill 100%) and enjoys his full potential.

I tell ya what, this team is going to be an albatross if we start hurting players that are not even in a Laker Uni anymore. Honestly, WTF is causing all these injuries?????

If Vitti is so gd magical, maybe he could figure out how to stop this train and get us on the road to Wellsville.

Meeks and Nick Young out eight weeks. I was wondering if keeping Meeks over Young might've been preferable for the team. Now it seems like it doesn't matter.
